Restored back to 9.3.1 but the badge for me to update to 9.3.2 is on my settings app and I deleted profile and deleted it from storage and it's still there. What do I do?

The Settings badge never goes away once it's there. You have to restore to a backup without it, and make sure the profile isn't there before it appears.

9.3.2 beta 1 on my old iPad 3 is the best running iOS version since 7.

9.3.1 was a huge improvement, but this made it even better. Very smooth and responsive all around.

Prior to 9.3 I was ready to throw this thing away, it wasn't even worth giving away, and I always cursed Apple for letting it update past iOS 7.

Isnt that backwards of the testing that was done? TSMC supposedly the better of the two.
TSMC was better only on 4.7" models. That may be due to smaller size of phone having trouble with heat dissipation which lead to reduced battery life.

But on 5.5" Plus models, evidence suggested Samsung was better by hair's margin. Bigger dimensions helped with better heat dissipation.

We know that battery depletes more if it's temperature is higher.

By the way with 9.3.1, I am getting 100-200 more score in GeekBench.

Damn... getting 6 days of battery life on this beta.

Hahaha...that cracked me up!

While I'm posting, I want to add in my frustration over the 9.3.1 battery life on my 6S Plus. Wasn't getting more than a few hours. Pretty brutal. 9.3.2b1 already seems better. Time will tell!

Oh wow so I'm screwed?!
Why would u be screwed? The badge don't hurt anything. If you are worried about Apple either wait until the public 9.3.2 drops, most likely tomorrow and install or restore with no backup just before u go for your genius appt. But I thought you had them check battery already and it was fine? Am I missing something else here?

I haven't read through this post but I'll mention, immediately after installing 9.3.2 the Touch ID on my iP6 is MUCH faster

So far so good. Installed around 1pm est battery around 95% during install.
[doublepost=1460002097][/doublepost]Force touch menus at home screen definitely are more responsive - quicker to show up or something. Hard to put a finger. Didn't even notice before that they needed improvement. Is it just me?

Portrait mode 3D Touch is definitely faster. Landscape is still cringing.

9.3.2 expected as early as tomorrow? What makes you say that?
(I've never really tracked timeframes around iOS releases)

9.3.2 Public beta is what the person you quoted was talking about. If you are on PB, Apple is more willing to help than DP because the masses can get their hands on it.

I can because its been like this since 9.3, I know my phone and I know how long it used to last etc. Its very odd behavior to say the least
[doublepost=1459983584][/doublepost]on the phone with apple support now..
[doublepost=1459985089][/doublepost]They said my battery passed. All those battery apps in the App Store are hot garbage

What app is that you are using to see the current discharge rate? I haven't seen that type of app since I was jailbroken on 8.1.2 with Batterylife.

CoconutBattery is best but there's also another free app you can try.

Guys download on the app store the following app to check the "health" of your battery: "battery doc". It's the most reliable that you can find. I went one time to the genius bar and the guy was impressed by the reliability of it. Check it out.

Moreover I would like to ask you, how it is possible that your battery lost already that much capacity... Your phones are not even that old that is a little bit weird for me :S

Its a minor release, maybe they'll take the beta stage short. That's why they shut down collecting diagnostic logs for that release.

So are people finding 9.3.2 beta to have better battery life than 9.3.1 or worse?

(Tried to quickly look through thread but didn't find much feedback)

But before I update my other device, I select it to Automatically Send and it greyed out. Maybe it's a bug?
