I just plugged in to put a song on it but that was it. I've been on it all day long from Facebook to talking, emailing and also music.
It appears you have a lot of background usage going on though. Wonder what your actual screen on time is.

It's pathetic no one ever reported the mobile data scrolling bug it's still there from iOS 9 beta to iOS 9.3.2 beta
I don't know why people still uses your device without notice a big lag in mobile data menu area . I reported many betas but I am tired of that make a huge impact to Apple people
iOS 9.3.1 iPhone 5
Noticed bugs mobile data scrolling
Coretime bug
Lock screen lag in showing battery info and signal
Battery bug 28 to 22 suddenly when unlock device
Charging when stopped at 96 and start again shows 100
Someone should text to apple
I am not need the beta anymore

No scrolling lag here.
Coretime bug?
No lock screen lag here.
No battery bug here, except poor battery life.
And no charging bug here.

Considering you have an iPhone 5, I believe you are experiencing hardware related problems. Both the battery and charging bug are probably because you have an old and possible worn battery. Lock screen lag and mobile data scrolling lag are probably because your device is underpowered for iOS 9.

Don't have any of those issues on my iPhone 5. Actually can't see much difference between iPhone 5 and 6 plus with these concerns. So, no I don't think iPhone 5 is that underpowered for 9.3.2.

Mind you, I did get a new replacement under warranty from Apple on my second year due to a known iPhone 5 battery charging problem.

Help text about turning off mobile data is still in the sub-options screen which seemed like an easy point fix but alas :)

Is the settings bug fixed on iPhones?
On 9.3 if you open settings and scroll down to say Twitter and click on it the menu will sort of move up slightly while animating to the Twitter settings page.

the bars in the Health app make no sense in portrait mode but they seem to be right in landscape

(see screenshots)

as you can see day 6 is way too low and day 7 too high or am i reading it wrong?

It's fine. Look at the scale of the graph. In portrait mode it goes from 5h38m to 6h12m. Landscape mode starts it at 0....

This scale is unique to your data. Someone else will have a different scale on their graph because it is dynamic depending on the data.

Hi guys!

Has anyone had any issues with the Messages-app in this beta? I have noticed that the text sometimes ends up behind the text-bar (see attached). It should look like screenshot 2. I didn’t see this issue in iOS 9.2.1 so it must be a new issue in iOS 9.3. I have sent a bug report Apple but I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

Thanks

Yes

I don't know what kind of voodoo magic Apple has pulled here but my iPad Air 2 is the smoothest and stutter-free it's ever been. Certain that it's even smoother than 9.3, I'm sure this isn't just a placebo. I can't recall scrolling in Facbook app and Tapatalk app ever being so silky buttery smooth. Nice! :D

Reduce font size of one step. This will fix the bug!

These bugs I noticed in my iPhone 5 iOS 9.3.1
Coretime bug is under usage and diagnosis daily a error report named coretime
Its probably my phone is from us with code LL/A
And currently using in India
And battery charging my battery is having a capacity of 1400 of 1430 with 450 cycles
The battery drop noticeable if we use the device continuously for about 2 hours of Internet by 2g data in screen of opera and whatsapp then rest the phone when it reaches to 30 after some time it will went to 24 or 22 we can see it in lock screen itself how it goes down
And charging I notice that some time
I checked battery using ibackupbot
And mobile data bug it's still noticeable if have more apps than default and scrollfast as you can down to wifi Assist and up u will notice in 5s also I am not sure about iPhone 6

Random question, software update shows a 9.3.2 readme link, but when I click it, it redirects to the generic Apple beta program page that gives no specific details. Is that expected or some weird glitch? Where do people actually view the change log?

Yes i got this too. Also messages app shows delver status wrong. Send imessage to a friend and he read it messages app shows read. Then I close messages app and open it again message shows delivered. Very annoying bug!

Not sure when did this happen but recently when the notifications appear in my lock screen, sometimes the screen wouldn't fade off (means the screen was always on at the lock screen) until i pressed the power button to off the screen.

Sometimes the lock screen will randomly turned on and then just stay there without fading off. Lol.

Anyone facing this problem?

Does this release help with the somewhat still laggy keyboard on older iPads?

This is my last really annoying issue with 9.3.1 and I'm really hoping it gets resolved soon.

My iPad Air works wonderfully until I have to type anything. Then it's like slogging through mud, especially if I try to use split mode.
It's ready sad how the iPad Air was made so laggy with iOS 9. iOS 9.1 was a big improvement but going from an iPhone 6S to the Air is painful now. Subsequently, I barely use it anymore except where a bigger screen is necessary.

Just wanted to post an update. After installing 9.3.2, I ended up erasing all settings and content on my device. I then restored from a 9.3.1 iTunes backup. Thus far, my battery life is definitely better. Its better than the horrible life I was getting on 9.3.1 as well. Phone is also running much cooler.

I un-enrolled from the beta program and did a fresh dfu restore when 9.3 "GM" came out. I've been running 9.3 ever since.

This evening, after restarting my 6S Plus, I got a settings message that said 9.3.2 beta was available to install?

Is this a common occurrence?
