I just caught this thread, so I'm catching up.
Because you assume that blind means completely blind, not impaired.
My wife is legally blind, but isn't completely blind, and honestly, most people who are blind are not completely blind. Have a read of the first 2 paragraphs
here and you'll be enlightened.
I'm glad has been released. I was hoping someone would help to start bridging the gap between iPhones/iPod Touch and those blind/visually impaired who want to use them, but can't. Thank you, and my SO will be VERY happy when she sees this.
