But a friend on Reddit order 2 hours after me with regular shipping and got it Saturday. Very strange :/

After trying unsuccessfully to grab these in store all last week and having missed the Verizon rush, I ordered from ATT at 10:00am HST on 12/22, got FedEx shipment confirmation (free standard) at 1:00pm HST with delivery scheduled by 5:30pm on 12/27. Airpods showed up yesterday to my surprise = Happy wife for Christmas.

Funny. I ordered at AT&T after you on Thursday because it appeared my Wednesday Best Buy order was going to be backordered for a while. Then you ordered at Best Buy a couple days after me and got them before my non-backordered AT&T order (which should arrive later today).

Bestbuy said backordered in my account after i ordered but then i all of a sudden got a shipping notice. They sent it 2 day (im elite plus), but it came in 1. I also got to use the $15 bonus they were offering, so i guess it all worked out better in the end
Lol just randomly got an email from att saying they RECEIVED my order. Like a week after i ordered them and a day after i canceled the order . Wtf
Ordered from AT&T Thursday about noon. Received an email last night that said shipping had been delayed until Jan 22nd. Was able to order from Verizon this morning. Got a shipping email from FedEx 3 hours later. Canceled at&t order.
My Thursday morning AT&T order arrived about two hours ago. I haven't used them yet, but they look perfect — none of the separation that others have complained about. The button on the back of the case is so small and unobtrusive that I had to look for it (and I bet more than a few people don't realize it's there at all).
For a guy, the case seems awesome. Instead of having earbuds tangled up in a front pocket, the case seems small enough to easily have in a front pocket for easy AirPods storage and charging.

Ordered mine from AT&T late Thursday night around 9pm with free standard shipping. They were sent USPS Priority on Friday and I got them this morning. I am very impressed so far, I would agree Apple nailed it with these. As many have mentioned the only drawback is the lack of physical controls but I can live with that as the Apple Watch controls are amazing!
I had also placed an order with Best Buy on Wednesday that kept bouncing between "processing" and "backordered". Cancelled it as soon as they shipped from AT&T.

Looks like AT&T got some more inventory in. On Monday I got an email notifying me that my shipment was delayed with a new shipment date of 1/22. An hour ago I got another email from them that my order shipped and will be here tomorrow. I ordered them on the 23rd.
