AirPods Max Pre-Order / Order / Delivery Thread

The Argos store inside Sainsbury’s supermarket in London Road in Redhill, England is showing stock for the Sky Blue Airpods Max at the moment. I’m just posting this in case it helps someone here looking for a Sky Blue pair who is able to get them from that branch despite the coronavirus restrictions.
No, in fact, my order from the 8th will be cancelled tomorrow and they told me to go ahead and reorder at the back of the line....
This is why I will never order from Best Buy for anything not in stock at my local store. I feel like they pull this crap on every product launch and I don't know how they get away with it.

Not sure where to post this. I purchased the AP Max that came up available for 2 hour delivery Dec 23. Apple uses Postmates? Item was never delivered tho I got a text that they were delivered the same time I was standing in front of my address, small oneway residential street. I was waiting on the curb by my condos. Now I'm in dispute with Apple pending their refund decision.
I had 2 other Apple items delivered the day before with the 2 hour del. I was waiting at the street again. They were handed to me but Delivery person asked for NO id or signature. Items had no receipt, in Apple white store bags.
Mad that Apple delivers these expensive items with no documentation. I will not order with this 2 hour delivery again.

When did you order yours and the original estimate. I was part of the tuesday group that had 30th as original estimate but currently says monday. Seeing as its already the Pm im gonna assume delays and itll be delivered on wednesday as originally estimated.
mine moved from the origin hub to my local major hub with crap fedex. I feel like it will be faster if you got lucky and were paired with ups

Ordered on 12/23 with target giving a delivery date of 12/30. UPS has not given a date yet.
I just received and “origin scan” on my Target delivery. My delivery date is also the 30th.
Ok! It’s at the UPS hub in AZ and UPS says a 12/30 delivery. Target got this right!
Ordered from t-mobile last week. Never shipped. I figured they were just collecting orders, guess I was right.
I ordered on Thursday from T-Mobile as well, got a phone call after from them which left a voicemail saying there was an issue with my order, so I called them back. The two people I talked to had no idea what was going on, but I managed to talk to a helpful lady who canceled my order and then re-ordered the item for me. I was skeptical because by that time the website already showed OOO, but internally she showed it was in-stock.
My credit card got charged too, but now I wait. My order says it's supposed to ship today but so far nothing yet.
I saw target had one SG left about 20 minutes ago, refreshed and it was gone. Just came back again and I got it.
