Wow, nice upgrade! I use my gen 1 APPs all the time, so, the first thing I noticed with the gen 2’s was the better ANC. Sounds in the environ that used be muffled are now silent, AND I’m pretty confident that ANC is also adaptive! I noticed a sound get louder in the environ, and the ANC adapted to make it quieter. 🤔

Music quality is also better, with better bass!

Haven’t tried the volume control yet, and looking forward to taking them for a test run. I also want to try out the adaptive transparency, which I hope works with phone calls.

Just got back from the gym using my airpods pro 2.
Audio is much more fuller, clearer, bass in much improved and punchy.
ANC is night and day difference. I barely heard any gym noise around me
transparency mode sounds much clearer without that high pitch trill sound the other used to have.
They also stayed in my ear. I spend an hour and a half sweating my ass off and not once did I have to push them back into my ear. The 1st gen one would slowly slide out and break the seal. Now that might be because they are brand new and haven't had a chance to wear down on the silicone but for now they stay in.
The volume control sometimes doesn't work that well but I guess they design it that way so you're not constantly adjusting the volume by accident.

Two weeks ago leaving my old airpods pro at the gym then someone taken them was kinda a blessing in disguise. The one complaint I had with the 1st gen was lack of volume control.

I just discovered in settings you can change the volume control, I put it to long.

I was really surprised that my personalization text was displayed on AirPods picture during pairing. It was really WOW.

But I do not like that I was having problem with right tip, I could not detached it and replace for another part. I little bit damaged the previous tip, so I hope the part that connects to the tip is not damaged as well. Funny is that I had the same issue one week before with old AirPods Pro. It was so tight that I could not removed it..

After listening to the new AirPods Pro for several hours, they feel like a solid improvement from the original Pro. Better bass, much better noise cancellation and much better fit of the tips in the ears. The last one could be just wear and tear on my old tips though. I like the ability to see the case battery level without opening it.

Is there a way to turn off the sound they make when you adjust volume up and down when using the stem touch control? Can’t seem to find anything
