Don't know what you call it but I was referring to black inner lining? What's the purpose just decoration?
Just bought the Twelve South case directly from Amazon. It's slightly cheaper and finally pulled the trigger.
I'm currently using a Spigen case but I don't like it at all. The bottom of the case has fallen off multiple times.

That’s good to know. I like the fact that it has a button to open it. It seems inconvenient but at least it’s less chance of it opening accidental.
