I have gone back to the std apple offering and decided its much more comfortable for my ears. I had convinced. Myself that the memory foam was better but then I damaged one and had to revert to the supplied silicon.

Was very surprised to prefer them.

I think the silicone probably is more comfortable but the problem is that they get slippery from the oils in my ears, so on a run or after a few days of use, they become useless.

My comply order no longer shows an estimated ship date, that area is now blank..... I went from 5/31 to 6/15 yesterday and now blank... Status still says "awaiting fulfillment"..... Anyone else?

I ordered my Comply tips on May 21st. Still 'awaiting fulfillment'. No other information. At least the Dekoni ones have worked quite well. I run 10k in them and barely need to adjustment at all, which is obviously way better than the silicone tips ever will.

Sure wish I could try the comply ones, because the fit still isn't perfect, but I'm starting to wonder if i'll ever see them.

I cancelled my order i can live without them. Comply has the worst customer relations. they don’t respond, they just change dates without any explanation.

They definitely are not prompt with email communication. I waited five business days to get status of my order.

Just got this email from them

We are very sorry for the lack of communication from our end. Due to the extremely high demand of this product, we were forced last minute to change the ship dates and communicate this to our customers who already purchased. This was enforced late yesterday, and we are working as hard as possible to ensure all of our customers are aware of the issues.

We have committed to ship all orders placed between the dates of April 26th and April 28th by the end of the week. If your order falls within that time frame, you should receive it within a week from the ship date. For any other orders, they will ship in the order they were received. We do not have a set time at this point, as our upper management team has not informed us of the expected ship dates. We will be sending an email out with more information for ship dates once we are directed with more information.

I got these a couple of days ago but only just opened the package. Will try them today.

The tip on left is the dekoni, and one on right is the comply. The comply tip is narrower and very slightly taller.

IN terms of fit initially the large tips seemed pretty snug. But once I started talking with the buds in my ear, they fell out within 5 minutes. The issue is ears flex with jaw movement, and it seems some of these tips don't have enough flexibility for that. Dekoni stayed in longer.

The Medium tips performed better, similar to the Dekoni. The issue with the Comply tips is that they get a good seal, but they eventually slip out of your ear. I wonder why they didn't make these with their "True Grip" foam.

Thanks. The pic of their height is why I tried and ordered Comply. I love my Dekonis. They stay put in my ear like none other i have tried. No sign of slippery silicone like the factory tips. I work out, and have long hour (golf) range sessions in high heat and sweat and they don't fall out.

THE only reason i wanted to try Comply tho, is I wish Dekonis were "taller" like your pic shows. I feel the right one in my ear doesn't go back far enough in my ear. I was hoping complys would and of course have enough surface texture that they too don't move. Starting to think Dekoni May be the way to go. I guess I'll have to still try the Comply if and when they arrive.

Thanks for the information. That's good to know. No problem with the Dekoni's while talking for me either.

Just got this email from Comply:

Dear Valued Customer,
I would like to first express that I am sorry for the delay of your Comply™ Tips for the AirPods Pro. We underestimated the demand for this product by a significant margin and are working around the clock to increase production capacity. We also made a mistake by not communicating effectively with our customers and setting proper expectations. We have gotten our “act together” and can now make the necessary commitments to our customers. Please note, all orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Here are guidelines so that you know what to expect moving forward:
If you ordered your tips before 5/15, we will ship them by 6/5.
If you ordered your tips from 5/16 through 5/23, we will ship them by 6/12.
If you ordered your tips from 5/24 through 5/31, we will ship them by 6/19.
Any orders after 6/1, we will ship before 6/30.
By 7/1, we will be able to ship all products within our normal 2 days of receipt of order.

I have the Charjens, Comply‘s and also my DIY method of using the original silicon tips enforced by true grip pro‘s. For everyone with normal ears, probably the original ones or the comfy foam are suitable.

However, if you have large ear canals, the only one which gives me good isolation and really proper bass response is using the original large silicon tips with true grip pro.

The photo shows the comply foam for AirPods Pro, which I tried. Besides you can see my DIY (original one enforced by true grip pros). Those I use daily and so far nothing beats them in sound.

In terms of sound isolation they are also far better than the complys or charjens.
Charjens unfortunately are the worst due to their thin material. Comply foam are ok but not perfect isolating.

I got a set of these airpods covers on amazon, and they help a lot with running.

The other option is using ear hooks, which works, but is a less elegant solution. I will use them if I am running on really hilly terrain, or running a 5k so I can concentrate on the race and not on my airpods.

More waiting. Comply didn’t ship my order on time, and now the package that was supposed to be delivered today has just been transferred from UPS to the US Postal Service, so it’ll be Monday or Tuesday.

What’s weird is that it made it to a UPS facility an hour away last night and then got transferred over to USPS. I don’t know why UPS wouldn’t just deliver it.
That’s strange, UPS could of delivered it to you fairly quickly, because of the USPS backlog let’s hope you get them on time now. Been waiting 4 weeks for a package from USPS international with no updates since two weeks ago.

Ordered mine on 4/28. Shipped on 6/1. Got them yesterday on 6/6.

these are exactly what my ears needed to provide a more secure/snug fit. I too have oily ear wax and would always have to adjust the AirPods Pro. I would have to turn them and constantly readjust them.

I used the M silicone tips and ordered the M from Comply.

Just got my Comply tips today, and they are wonderful. This is my first time using their product and I am very pleased. I'm using the small tips, and they're extremely comfortable and do not slide out of my ears. Noise cancellation is fantastic.

My CharJen have finally arrived in the UK! They definitely feel tighter in the ear than the silicon ones but not used enough to get a real impression yet.

I genuinely think the CharJens are pretty good. They stay in my ears very well (I use the smaller size) and they feel very snug when I'm out running. They're by far the best tips I've used for the AirPods Pro.

If the Comply are better fantastic - but I would recommend the CharJens.

great news. I am supposed to get mine today but the tracking info that comply provides through some service called aftership is horrible. I haven't received an update on the shipment since June 5th and I can't find the UPS tracking # so I can look it up myself.
