I genuinely think the CharJens are pretty good. They stay in my ears very well (I use the smaller size) and they feel very snug when I'm out running. They're by far the best tips I've used for the AirPods Pro.

If the Comply are better fantastic - but I would recommend the CharJens.

Have used the CharJen for a couple of days now and they seem quite good though have no comparator as first pair I have bought. Very surprising, the small size fit and stay in my ears whereas with apple even the large sometimes does not stick - a welcome surprise as it means both sets they give you are usable .There does seem very little foam but I guess much more and it won't fit in the case. Cannot pass eartip test but never could with silicon either

Comply collected today after paying VAT at the Post Office (UK). Very impressed so far. Good isolation. Comfy fit. Slight increase in Bass due to the seal. Have been using for 4 hours so far and no discomfort. Very pleased.

Is there any truth in this? If so shocking behaviour from them. If true I’m glad I did not buy any tips from them. Your right comply don’t and would never do such a thing. Very suspicious dodgy behaviour indeed.
I got my CharJensPro today and they aren’t too bad actually, some of the reviews hold up but I can tell some of them are fake, I heard they are not able to delete reviews from the amazon page because of rules amazon has set, however they can do what they please on their website.

I was looking at getting some foam pads, but ultimately decided to send them back and get a refund
I have the previous pods and love them, use for an hour or so nearly everyday and they are rock solid, never felt loose or uncomfortable.

Whilst I like the noise cancelling of the pro, the fit and comfort feels wrong and I just think I would be better, for time I use my existing pods, to get refund whilst I can

Does seem a massive over design by Apple, I hope that the next version allow for over the ear hooks and a charger than can acomodate

Comply customer service still hasn't sent me a confirmation that it shipped but I only assume as I have a UPS email saying a pkg shipped from MN that weighs 1 lb. so I'm assuming that's it as i haven't ordered anything else. Comply is in MN.

I hope they don't transfer it to the Postal Service like they did mine. Technically, the UPS delivery date was correct - it was delivered last Saturday, to the USPS. It got to me on Tuesday, so the turnaround time wasn't too bad.

I am still dealing with that craziness. Ship date was June 5th..... estimated delivery date per UPS was June 10th.... It's now June 12th and I just got a notification saying it was transferred to a post office location like 10 minutes from my house. very bizarre

dumb question maybe but whyyy do comply use that weird tracking vendor that obfuscates the real tracking ID??? it can't be cheaper, can it?

It’s not that the tracking number is obfuscated, it’s a cheaper shipping service that combines UPS and USPS for delivery. There’s a similarly slow service that combines FedEx and USPS. You can track the number using both UPS and USPS to get some extra details.

Just happened. Saw today at noon UPS package departed for a USPS facility for induction. Has a delivery date of Tuesday. We shall see.

I will say that removing the Comply tips is damn hard, even with the instructions on their website. I think I’ll just keep them on until they need replacing and then remove them with needle nosed pliers or something. It won’t matter if I damage the foam at that point. I think I’ll also order a three-pack of small tips to keep on hand.

I finally received my CharJens this week. The larger ones are already broken. The Mesh is missing on one tip. Gladly I am only using the smaller ones. Quality is ok. Compareable to all the Ali ones I received. Let`s see how the foam will hold up.

I hope to receive my comply ones next week. They may be better. I will see. Can`t complain much about the CharJens except the price. Even the KS Price was a bit high just for foam tips.

Comply tips arrived today. I got the S/M/L pack and don’t need the small. Anyone in the U.K. want to swap?

I'm a little upset by this hinky shipping method used by Comply. My order shipped on 6/5 with an estimated arrival date of 6/10..... So on 6/11 I get a notice that the package was transferred to the post office which is literally 5 minutes from my house.... So I gave it a few days to see if the post office will deliver to me.... cut to today 6/15 I decided to go to the post office with tracking number and ask about it. They told me that they have not received it, but simply got notice that it was coming...... Anyway I don't know where this thing is or when I'm getting it....

I emailed comply and they gave me some canned response about all shipments being delayed blah blah blah

I just got the Comply tips. I like them way more than the Dekonis. Because of their oval and narrower shape, they go in deeper into the ear and are far more comfortable. The only issue, as @rwilliams pointed out, is that they're virtually impossible to remove. I looked at the support document and video on their website and it didn't help.

Yikes. Mine was transferred on a Saturday and the mailman delivered it on Tuesday. I hope yours arrives soon.

Mine arrived a day early. Will give them a go shortly. Got the 3 pack of Large. Hope they are equal too or better then my Dakoni

Hmm, i have to say im impressed but for different reasons. The Dekoni feel more steady in the ear to me. Meaning they grip in my ear better and feel more secure or feel like they will hold the seal better.

However, the comply, just as i had hoped after the pic several posts up are taller than the Dekoni. The one knock i had on the Dekoni was in my right ear the foam just didn't sit all the way against my inner ear. With no music if I widened my jaw there was just a little separation. Not that big a deal really but with the comply being a little bit taller it sits up against my inner ear on the right side. The left already did. That said, these now isolate better or more completely than the Dekoni.

So far they don't feel like they will lose a seal or move around but don't feel as if they grip as good as the Dekoni. Sound is good in both and can't really tell if one has better bass or more isolation when both are inserted to their max. I'll hit range ball la with them in 90° temps later in the week and will exercise with them in the morning and those are the true stress tests for me. If they stay putt, than these are winners.

Just got a reply from Comply about mine. They said that because I ordered mine around 6/1 I'll have to wait until around 6/30 to get mine. I hope they're worth the wait.

I've had my Comply tips since last week. I was in the first batch to pre-order. I am very impressed. I ordered 3 larges. I am very happy, I have never been disappointed with Comply tips (over the past 10 years of tips I've had).

Got this email yesterday :
Dear Valued Customer,
The delay of the Comply™ Tips for the AirPod Pro has been quite challenging for our customers and as previously stated, we have been working around the clock to increase production capacity.
While we have worked to get your order out the door, a quality issue has been identified in a batch of the tips that made it out to a small number of our customers. The issue is that the bond of our foam to the core that snaps to the device may have been faulty in a few packages.
If you are one of the “lucky ones” and see that the foam does not adhere to the core, please respond to this email with your order number, a picture of the defective tips (showing the separated foam from the core), and a picture of the bar code (if available) so that we can track the production lot and subsequently improve our quality process.
After we receive your images and order number, we will send a new package to the address given on your initial order (unless told otherwise).
We have also received a lot of comments regarding how difficult it is to install and remove the Comply tips. We have gone ahead and made two videos for you to reference!
How to Install Comply™ Tips on AirPods Pro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Zg35e2U_hA
How to Remove Comply™ Tips from AirPods Pro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb2CSSahVOA
We are deeply sorry for this issue and will commit to better products and communications from our team moving forward. Thank you again for your patience and we look forward to making this right by our customers.
Best Regards,
Comply™ Support
