The app still says 31 Oct.

But the notification I got says 30 Oct. So does the tracking email from Apple

Anyone in the US have a 30th delivery date? Seems that people who ordered will have to wait while other can just go to the store and pick then up on the 30th...

You’re fine. £30 limit doesn’t apply with Apple. Use Apple Pay for iPhone preorders all the time
