I ordered mine a few hours after went on sale & got a delivery date of Dec 29. However, just had email this morning saying dispatched and I'll get them on Mon 19th!

I missed the boat by hours and have a 30th Dec delivery date so hopefully we will all get moved up. Tracking link for DPD finally working. Says "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly". Delivery tomorrow. UK
Then it has to be Tuesday - but you will get a text message with a 1 hour slot don't forget
Enjoy your airpods guys. I'm still holding hope on Currys or John Lewis getting them in stock next week. Or my local Apple Store. Otherwise it's January the 24th for me.

Just because you've had a bad experience doesn't mean they're "horrendous".
I've had issues with every major courier in the UK, does that mean they're all "horrendous"?

They aren't they are normally very dependable due to how they push their drivers to the max

I've had nothing but good experiences with UK Mail both as a sender and receiver.
Also I've just arranged to collect from depot so I'll have my AirPods at 8am!
I've changed my parcel to be delivered to a DPD Pickup point - is this a bad move? Will it go wrong? :-/
Panicked for a minute then - the Apple Store briefly said Tuesday! UK Mail saying Monday & Apple Store back to Monday. Still awaiting collection though...

Hmm.. despite "successfully" requesting to collect from the depot there is nothing on the tracking page that implies it will be staying in the depot rather than being delivered.
So I might be disappointed tomorrow morning.
