Perhaps leaving this thread as it started (using the alphabet) may be a better idea. How about one alphabet letter per day, and then after reaching the letter Z, starting with A the day that follows?

Out of interest, why spareribs? I assume the animal needed them and they weren’t there just in case?

In the stores and restaurants here, they are called 'ribs' or 'spareribs'. I used 'ribs' in my original posting, and for some reason, my post would not stick. When I edited 'ribs' to 'spareribs', it did.
