No problems with my 15 Pro 128GB. Used phone to phone transfer from my 14 Pro Max. Obviously battery life isn't as good, but more than gets me through the day.

I upgraded to the natural titanium 15 pro max 256gb from 12 pro max.

From battery issues to overheating, screen burn in, even software issues. Thankfully I haven’t had a single problem.

Just wondering if there are others completely happy with their new iPhone.
Most people aren't. They just don't flock to the internet to tell everyone about it.

In fact, the only issues I had are the carriers not knowing how to handle eSIM. For the rest: no issues with either my own or my wife’s 15 Pro’s

Now that you mention it, when setting up my phone for the first time I did have an issue with eSIM not recognizing my service. Luckily I took the physical SIM from the 12 pro max I traded and put it in my sisters iPhone once I got home and was able to get my service running. Glad I didn’t listen to the apple employee because he wanted me to leave the physical sim in my old phone since I didn’t need it for the new one lol.

How are your USB-C speeds while performing backups and syncs with your Mac/PC? Are they 10Gbps?
I’m still only using usb-c 2.0 cable that comes in the box so I’m not taking advantage of the speed

No issues so far - swapped to an iPhone 15 Pro Max natural with 512Gb - didn't even get warm transferring from my old phone to the 15 Pro Max - so at the moment completely happy.

Natural 256GB Pro here with no issues apart from it being too big and iOS not being customizable enough or jailbroken.

Mine's totally fine, never overheated, battery life seems fine (all day at work and I'm at 83% from 99% at 8am, and that includes downloading App Store updates and doing an iOS 17.0.3 update). 512 Pro Max White.

That was me too until about 11 o'clock last night... #burn-in-guy

Didn't see what everyone was on about. Phone worked perfectly and was loving the combination of all the incremental changes. Laid the smack down on people calling it a "beta" phone. I still don't think it is a "beta" phone...

However, whether my issue is true burn-in or "image retention," it has not gone away with reboots and is surprising to see at all on a new device. Hopefully I will get more from Apple than, "Yeah, that's weird... here is a new phone." I can't the be only person in the world seeing this right now w/their 15 Pro/PM... if I am, I better go buy a lotto ticket.

edit: mine is the NatTi Pro Max 1 TB fwiw
What other remedy is there than a new phone or a refund? What would you want them to do? CC you on engineering emails?

Zero problems with my 15 Pro. First time going without a case too, and so far the blue finish is still perfect.

I have the 15 Pro 512 in white. No issues at all. If I wanted to be nitpicky, I would say that the battery level reporting seems not to be 100% accurate after unplugging the charging cable, i.e., if I charge to 74% it seems to take an improbably long time to drop to 73%, then behaves as expected – but for all I know that's been the case with every other phone. I also had one newspaper app seem to go a bit haywire and cause unusual battery drain for a short period but closing the app sorted that. I've definitely had similar on previous phones (e.g. an app that I always had to close manually on my 2020 SE or it would chew up the battery in the background). In short, no issues - and I haven't installed 17.0.3 yet.

The overwhelming majority of people are having no issues with their new 15* phones. Thing is, most people won't go through the trouble of creating a thread/post saying "Yup, phone working as expected". For that reason, people that are having issues, even though they are a very small minority, will be over-represented in the forum postings because, for good reason, they're much more likely to make posts talking about their issues.

My phone, my wife's phone, and my son's phone, all 15 Pro Max devices, are working perfectly.
