I know it should be $195 minus 20% that was canceled pus tax and money fees?
but I was charged $67 service charge because I switch plain but what does it matter ATT does what ever they want I gave up
Wrong again. It's $205 + tax minus $10 for autopay. There is no 20% discount.

The service charge it's probably a pro-rated charge if you are switching in the middle of the month.

No its $195 minus $10 for auto pay look like ATT charge deferent people defiantly WHY? and no no pro rate I started the new plain with my regular billing cycle was my request

My bad. That $205 is with tax. Then minus $10. Tax depends on state but I'm paying $8 in tax in CA for 3 lines. But there is no 20% discount. Not sure where you are getting that.

If you were charged a service charge it's either for roaming, pro-rated of previous bill or additional extras on your plan. Your bill online will explain it. But it's not AT&T out to get you personally.

Good luck. I didn't ask for anything but the FAN and kept stresssing I was lied to. I had a lot of proof to backup my case. So just keep pushing the FAN and see if they come back with an offer.

Getting very fed up with being misinformed about the new ATT Unlimited plan and not being able to use my FAN Discount. Going to switch but want to see if anyone knows if any good promotions are out there.
Seems like many ATT customers were duped like myself. Told me my monthly bill would be around $165/month with taxes using my Fan Discount back in March. Got the bill today and its almost $197. Called their customer loyalty department last night and the guy just blew me off with no resolutions.

Been with AT&T for almost 10 years now.

I've also spoke with loyalty department multiple times about lowering my bill as it's the same plan and price for years now and the only suggestion is pay more or pay $5 less for half the data...They've been getting quite courageous with telling customers oh well go ahead and cancel versus back in the days when they would bend backwards trying to keep customers happy.

I think that situation is a little different. This is about being told one thing to switch and then finding out it's not true after you switched.
