The new video overlays on the iPhone versions are slick. I already subscribe to MLB.TV, but haven't seen the option of purchasing individual games for 99 cents. Did they remove that feature?

I subscribe to mlb.tv too. If I saw an offer to buy a game at all for any price, I'd be shooting their tech support people a nasty email. :) I assume that's for people who buy the app but don't have mlb.tv. And we're not in regular season yet, it may not be available at all yet.

The video overlays are very nice, yes. I especially like the list of games and scores and how you can tap a current game and if there's video available for it, it changes the video feed to that game. Very nice!

Oh...I did see the Free Game of the Day again today. It's not marked anymore but I *think* it was the Orioles & Yankees game. And man, didja see Jeter take that hit? Ouch!

I'm SO ready for the season to start. A month in Florida for spring training was pretty awesome, a signed Stephen Strasburg ball was even better, but it's gonna be a blast this year. :)

Hi guys, I havnt got MLB at Bat 2010 yet as I have sold my iPhone to fund an iPad purchase when its released in the UK.

I was wandering if they still have the option to purchase a single game at .99c. I loved this feature as I don't get to watch many games with work and the whole UK-US time difference etc. I would like this feature as I watched a couple of games a week and would rather not have to sign up to mlb.tv and pay a monthly subscription.

If someone with the app could let me know that would be great. Thanks.

I've just read the FAQ and I'm really sorry but this is not possible anymore. There is only one livegame for free a day, but you can't choose which one you want to see.

But by the way, the quality of the games are great!!!! Take a look!

Is anybody also having problems trying to run MLB At Bat 10 with os 4.0 beta?

It seems to crash every time I try to watch a live game. It will come up for like 2 seconds and then crash

Yea it crashes if you try and go into a game also.

All games that aren't Local or nationally blacked out Saturday/Sunday will be free to watch

How do we watch the free game? every time i click watch live now it sends me to login, how do i know which game is available?
thanks!

I'm pretty sure on the iPad it is in the upper-right corner. Don't know about the iPhone.

Do you really need to pay another $15 for the MLB At Bat for the iPad? That seems pretty silly if you already bought the iphone version.

I'm just running the iPhone version upscaled on my iPad - looks good. No need to spend another 15 dollars.

Completely off topic but I miss Scotty Pods. Wish we kept him on the White Sox instead of getting Juan Pierre.

Off topic any one who also has MLB.tv and a PS3 you can now Watch games on your PS3 as well now to just go to PSN Store Media and dl the app link up your account and there you go any game on TV

It's a pretty nice app. The only bad thing is you can only watch one game at a time. HD video quality is pretty good, but nowhere near as good as DirecTV.
