I'm not sure we Mayor's see the same thing other people see on our stats.. wish I could be more helpful to everyone.. I've just been trying to help people by givin coins to get their land ... u won't hurt my feelings if you use your gifts on people who can shoot you some bucks.. I will be toooo! lol!

Today i was planning on franchising the mixer bar i've wanted so much. Some of u guys know that i've been saving for it. Just when i was about to get it i realised that its price has went down like 4000bucks. I decided to wait and check it back after an hour and it went down 100 bucks. My plan is to wait now until it gets to a more affordable price because the owner will only get 50 bucks from it so why pay 18000 when i can buy it for less.
And the waiting begins

Over an hour hard work just got wiped out by mytown2 glitches including some buck that i recieved from cAndy Land for franchising one of my business. Does any of you guys had this problem? I thought it was already fixed, it does a reset or something and send you back at least over an hour hard work that you did in your town

Just a theory, but I think that when people are not actively increasing popularity, there is a game trigger to decrease. As more players reach level 50 and cannot increase, the popular businesses are going down.

In the original MyTown popularity was based on two factors - 1. number of check-ins and 2. Number of Owners of the business. I would imagine that they would use a similar formula. So, I think you are right. I bet after the next update everything will increase again because of the increased activity. That always happened on MT1.

I'm watching another business for purchasing and it's dropped by over 1K in Bucks. It will be interesting to see how everything turns out with the next upgrade/release.

i checked your mixer bar and compared it to some other towns. the price is the same. it's 17952 bucks from where i live in
it keeps decreasing though.----------
