Still rocking mine 🙌🏼 84% battery health here, and have noticed the decline over time. I picked up the max specifically so I would not have battery anxiety, and I haven’t.
Honestly have no desire to upgrade at present, besides for USB-C. I’ll likely update when iPhones move to 12GB RAM, now Apple intelligence needs so much.
Yeah, USB C is about the only thing I wish my 13PM had, because all my other devices have it. One less cable type would be good. Don't care about AI. There are a ton of apps for that if I need it, plus my M1 iPad Pro has AI.😉

iPhone 13 Pro user here. I replaced its battery last year in October because the original battery dropped to 79% and I had to charge it 2 times a day to make it through the day. The new battery is 5 months old, it's still at 100% capacity and by the end of the day I have about 50% battery left. I love the color of my iPhone 13 Pro Sierra Blue and Apple is going to have to work hard if they want to convince me to buy the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro. In case I don't replace my iPhone this year, one thing is certain. It's going to be supported for 3 more years before Apple decides it's time to retire this beautiful and perfect champion.

I have a 13 PM and I absolutely love it. I have zero desire to replace it. Battery health was down to 79% and just got it replaced by Apple for $89. It's a brand new phone again, it's unreal. If anyone is on the fence with their 13 PM or any iPhone with an aged battery, before spending $1K+, do yourself a favor and just get the battery replaced for $89. That was the best investment I have ever made on any Apple device was getting the battery replaced. I regularly get 2 full days without charging it. Camera takes great photos, screen is excellent. I can't see going for a new phone anytime soon after the battery replacement.

I have absolutely zero complaints with this phone and the Sierra Blue is truly gorgeous. Probably one of my favorite colors Apple has ever produced.

iPhone 13 Pro Max is what I should have bought back when it was still available new. iPhone 14 Pro Max is what I bought but I should have stuck with shooting in 12MP instead of 48MP.

What I have right now is iPhone 11 Pro Max in Midnight Green and I can't believe I'm loving the color even though I prefer Matte Black or Space Black. I also love the Alpine Green of iPhone 13 Pro Max.

My mum is rocking my old 13 Pro Max since 2 years now. Battery 86% and the phone is 4 years old. Looks like new and she is happy 😎
I gave my 12 Pro Max to my mom when her old iPhone 8 batt was dying there was no sense of replacing it as its obsolete from updates. She's not a heavy user and the battery life is still great for her.

Honestly If her old phone wasn't crapping out I'd still be using the 12PM. I bought a 15PM when they came out, so i'll be using it for a few more years no doubt.

I am on 13 PM, my launch day device is still at 87% battery health. I will probably upgrade to iPhone 19 or 20, and keep the 6/7 year upgrade cycle going. Going from 7+ to 13 PM was great upgrade.

Same. I do really love my 13PM. Replaced the battery last week at the Apple Store after it had only 78% health (got it on day one in 2021). Had the 16PM in my hand while waiting and there was noting I was really missing out of. Even though I‘d describe myself as a Apple Fan, I think I‘d keep it until end of next year at least. Now, with a new battery the Phone holds more than twice as long.

The only bad thing is, that all iPhone 13 Pro that I’ve seen, have dust in the 3x lens. ALL OF THEM!!

I had my 8 Plus for 5 years before trading it in for the 13PM. Loved the 8 Plus also but very glad I upgraded to my 13PM. Will also do 5 years with the 13PM.

Yep. For me Face ID , 5G and bigger screen were much bigger upgrade, and Ofcourse the camera. I am hoping in 2-3 years satellite connectivity will improve when I am away on hikes.

On a 15 Pro Max, no intention to upgrade until either they release a folding phone (unlikely) or probably whatever they do for the 20th anniversary iPhone in 2027.
I’ve had this phone for a year and a half, upgraded from a 12 Mini due to battery and USB-C.
I don’t have any problems with it outside of the occasional iOS bug that’ll pop up here and there.

The color of the iPhone 13 Pro Sierra Blue is going to be hard to replace. Blue has always been my favorite color and I remember when the iPhone 12 Pro came out that I had regrets because I didn't buy it. One year later, in 2021, I knew that it was the right decision to delay my purchase and I was right because the perfect iPhone came out with its beautiful color like the clear blue sky in the summer days.

Still using it since day one in 2021 here. Battery healthy at 89% . Intends to use it until it kicked the basket OR until a new iPhone caught my attention (not yet!).

How many battery cycles does your iPhone have? I bought my iPhone 13 Pro on launch day on 24th of September 2021. On October 16th 2024 a day before I replaced the original battery I had 813 cycles and the status was degraded at 79%. On October 17th the Apple employee proceed with my request and replaced the battery. It's strange because I have 811 cycles on my MacBook Pro M1 Max and the battery is at 86%.

I'm still using my iPhone 13 Pro with 87% battery health as my daily driver. I've bought/tried a 16P, 16+, and 16PM, last year and returned them all. Good ole 13 Pro with a sim card slot still gets the job done.

Green has always been my favorite color. After 5 years of having the iPhone 8 Plus(which was my favorite iPhone at that time), I still wasn't convinced to update when the 13PM's came out in Sept. 2021. When the Alpine Green came out in March of 2022, I decided that I was probably going to go for it....and by July I finally finalized that decision. Now, I am going to have a really hard time giving up this beauty unless they have another green when I decide it's time to update, which I don't see happening for at least a couple more years. Like I said in my op, my 13PM is the absolute best smartphone I have ever had and I don't see anything in the newer iPhones worth giving it up yet. Hoping by the time I'm ready, Siri is actually smart.😏

Edit: Just to clarify. I'm not disparaging the Sierra Blue in any way. I think it is pretty too, but Green has just always been my favorite color.

Would have if I had not been so careless running to catch the train last year and had my 13 PM stolen. Happy my insurance paid for the unexpected upgrade to the 15 PM. Will keep this for a couple years more at least.
