Hi I shipped my iPhone X to get replaced after a week of owning it because the screen would not turn on... upon apple receiving the device I received an email saying the phone wasn’t in the box I sent Apple... I can assure you it was, I wrapped the inner box with duct tape and the outside box so if the box did arrive without the phone in it you should’ve been able to tell that it was tampered with, after waiting the time for Apple to do their investigation I received an email saying that their not going to do anything else and that I won’t be getting a replacement... I would like to know what the investigation came back with and how Apple conducted an investigation of a $2000 phone without talking to me.
