iPhone Anyone have a working "TAP to Unlock"

i decided to mess around alittle more with this tap to unlock theme....

I made the power down a slider with text "power off"

then i made the TAP to unlock into "Jailbroke" TEXT.

if anyone wants it,here is the folder to SSH into themes

Hi ROCKERDAN,

Any idea your first picture, before Jailbreak slide add, and this one, the weather info not align in our right? I'm experiencing the same thing here from time to time. I am using the latest LockInfo beta version.

Also, I can tap to unlock AND slide to unlock. Are you experiencing the same thing before?

With the custom tap to unlock zip file, when i get a text message the bottom right hand side of the screen says slide to view.
any one else seen this?
is there a fix for this?

you seem to use the same plug in i use on the home screen, when you get a text does this happen to you?

jail"broken" is the proper grammatical form. :D
 
BigBoss has 2 tap to unlock versions on Cydia,this is the one I prefer,works well.It is titled "Tap To Unlock (iPhone 4)"

Yes this is the one we are all talking about already....i simply wanted to change the text to Jailbroke.

i do think they can also be SLID to open them as well.....i guess that is also a good thing

yes mine you can slide or tap to unlock.....

I think the HTC plugin i had them set to large size fonts in the HTC plugin settings so it tends to put the hi and low temps off to side....

i fixed it easily within HTC plugin settings for description font size.

just made a dark grey text one,i think it looks better and text is better centered...i worked on other one too late last night! lol

the attached folder only adds the tap to unlock-jailbroke unlock(no wallpaper or clock or weather)

Good. I thought I did something wrong and can slide and tap. I hope just tap and not slide.

Yes, I tried the same thing as you mentioned but when the email or any notifications came in, it will mess up and it will reset after notification gone.

You could also draw a circle with your finger and that would work as well because when you "slide" or draw a circle you are still "tapping." You're just sliding your finger across the "tap point" instead of poking directly at it. :) Either way, the phone is still recognizing it as a tap it's just how you get to the tap point that is different.

yes i see that too....

i find if you reload/update the weather temp time,it will fix the offset issue instantly.
 
There is a new theme called "i4 tap 2 unlcok & answer" from iwatcher.net. Its a green button with white text. works as advertised.

I just copied that theme from Cydia and added “Tap to Unlock” without Winterboard by going into the theme and pulling out the png files and editing the Springboard.strings file. I think I’ll be adding my themes manually from now on, since WB seemed to be affecting my battery over the last day (3-5% losses/hour when nothing was even being used).

Yup yup. Hope there is a true tap to unlock app later ;)

Yup just try that and yea it will instant fix the offset issue right away.
 
what update do i look for?...mine still does the offset thing as of now.

i checked changes in cydia didnt see any updates for me.

Mine doesn't seem to work by changing the png files with same name and size. What did u edit in the Springboard.strings? :(

Download androidlock XT from cydia and sort through the settings and change minimize option to tap to unlock (running iOS 5.1.1)
