iPod Anyone still haven't received their recall mail-back package?

I applied for mine on Nov 12th. The box showed up on Dec 9th. Apple received it and today, Dec 15th, status is "product replacement pending". I would imagine they will refurb them in large batches.

Applied on second day, in Canada. Still no box.
For anyone that got one back, how do they look? Are the backs scratched at all? Do they look new or like someone's old nano with a new batt?

Well this is odd... I finally received something from Apple. But it wasn't a box. Just a little baggie to put the iPod in, and a shipping label. Guess I have to provide my own padded envelope.

apple has finished all the boxes, now you'll recive a bag with a padded envelope, a ups bag and the relative sticker ups-branded.
and of course a little instruction manual
