Everyday phone: iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Backup/Alternate phone: Google Pixel 3a XL.

Sometimes I swap the SIM card for a day and play with the Pixel. Since my parents, both in their 80s, got Pixels as their first smartphones I figured it was wise to keep semi-familiar with the whole Android game. The worst part is keeping contacts synced. I maintain a Gmail address and re-enter my work contacts regularly in Google. Not so many that its a big deal. Another downfall is music. I stream music in my car from my iPhone. No such luck with the Pixel. All my music is in iTunes. Moving songs from iTunes to YouTube Music is tedious at best.
yeah that might be tough going from apples across to android! but I certain see your rationale!

I had a Pixel 5 and Apple Music worked on that so no issue there. Every couple of years I buy and Android, put it on my test line and sell it after 6 months. It's good to see what is out there. So far nothing as consistent and easily upgradable as Apple.

I just use my 12 Pro Max and make my life work around it. Having said that, I'm so used to this big screen, I want an even bigger screen now!!!
