Everybody I know including myself on all of my devices is having problems with the App Store in iOS 11.

It crashes constantly and often doesn’t display any updates unless you refresh the page.

Feedback sent.

Anybody else with the problem?
[doublepost=1506029769][/doublepost]App Store search also says it cannot connect even through other functions work ok.

Not had one problem with the App Store on iOS 11. Had tons of app updates this week. Zero crashes.

Is search working? Just asked round a few mates and they get this too...

However, other bits of the store works including downloads.

I’m getting the “cannot connect” error when searching for apps (I’m in the UK).

If I browse though the categories and choose an app that way, it downloads and installs fine.

Yeah, I'm having the issue where the App Store won't connect if I search for an app? Anyone know how to fix this?!

  1. Also noticed if you pull to refresh on updates there are normally several available despite no notification or badge.
  2. A few times the entire App Store app is unusable.

The update thing is an iOS 11 issue for sure, you have to do the pull to refresh in the updates tab more often than not. I’ve submitted a case.

I haven’t seen other issues as yet.

My app updates are taking forever and sometimes just time out. Anybody else having that issue. Have two phones and both are doing it.

iPad crashing and locking up with App Store. iPhone search just worked for the first time today - frequent lockups all day.

I'm in the UK and had this issue all day today on an iPad. My iPhone is fine, so it's not a local network problem.

What worked for me was the following:

Settings/General/Date & Time
Set Automatically => Off (since it was on)
Manually set the date an hour forward then randomly open a few apps including App Store
Return to Settings/General/Date & Time
Set Automatically => On

Hope that helps. Note that I also reboot the iPad a couple of times during the day. So, if the above doesn't work, it's probably worth a reboot, then try again.
