App Store is a buggy as hell

My wife and I have both been having intermittent issues with the App Store, UK. Sometimes doesn't load at all, sometimes loads and reloads over and over, sometimes crashes altogether.

iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPad Pro 9.7-inch, all affected.
 
On a side note...I've seen just a few app updates after September 19th until now on ios11. Based upon my experience on 10.3.3 with the exact same apps, I would have expected to see more apps updated already.

Or is this a completely incorrect assumption?

I would have thought the same too actually! Not sure how much has changed behind the scenes for developers of existing apps, but it has been about a week now. I’m seeing the typical “bug fixes and improvements” updates, but few for iOS 11 support specifically. This week should be telling.

So suddenly today lots of major app updates in the app store...YouTube, Outlook, Gmail, Geekbench, Instagram, Netflix.

Tonight 11.0.1 ???

For me the pending app updates won’t appear unless I pull down to refresh. Did it this morning and there were updates that were released three days ago that I had no clue about.

Yep. Just realised I hadn't updated any apps on my iPad for a while, went on to the App Store to discover I had 10 app updates. Updates pages just kept reloading itself over and over and the eventually went blank and did nothing else. What is it with Apple's software and services taking a complete dive recently?

Same exact problem here (U.S.). My wife and I both got iPhone 8s and we were setting them up as new phones (vs. from a backup) and the App Store must have crashed over a dozen times (for each of us) when re-downloading all of our apps.

We also have the issue where updates don't show until you pull down to refresh the Updates screen.
 
Japanese App Store accessed from Australia. It works fine. Not update issue. I can download apps as I want.
