Apple buyers still with "Prepared for Shipment" come in..

I ordered mine on Wednesday and mine says "Prepared for Shipment"

I want to know some other's stories.

I know that some people even ordered on June 8th and still have "Prepared for Shipment"

Anyway, tell me your story.

(Plus I'm just really bored)

ordered June 14 and still prepared for shipment
 
They will most likely be shipped overnight from a domestic location tomorrow. Prepared to ship probably means they are in boxes ready to go, but are being held until Thursday since they ship via overnight.

Ordered the 15th, Apple Order Status says "Ships: Delivers by June 19th" :( Thought today would be a great birthday XD Guess I probably have to wait a week.....
 
Ordered the 10th and i am also at prepared for shipment. I'm still trying to keep the there being shipped from a domestic warehouse thought so i don't go nuts sitting here not knowing a damn thing while others have tracking #'s.

You might want to re-read what you just said, it didn't make sense.

How does it not make sense, people have been stating that those who ordered early or fairly early there phones are coming from stockpiles they had here in the states already. The people that have had theres shipped already are the phones that have been shipped from China which is why they have received tracking numbers already.

So the people that have prepared for shipment statuses are supposedly the ones that are getting a phone from the original batch they already had here in the states and not the ones that have shipped from China within the last few days.
 
I ordered one 16gb on the 9th and mine is still at prepared to ship by 19th. I called apple because the pending sale from the purchase got pulled from my account. They said that it still looks like its going to be at my house by the 19th so I'm trying to stay optimistic. I guess we'll see tomorrow

Me too - ordered the 8th, Prepared For Shipment, Ships on the 19th, delivers on 22nd, Apple claims I will receive it tomorrow despite the order status

Thats what they told me as well, along with AT&T... I ordered one through both of them and both have yet to ship.
 
Ordered the 15th and still prepared for shipping as well. Now I am just hoping that my order doesn't randomly get canceled by Apple or something like has happened to some users on here.
 
I ordered mine to be shipped to me but I got an email today saying this:

What's going on here? My account info still says, "prepared for shipment". I ordered it at the online Apple Store.. Shouldn't this be shipped to my house?
