I was so worried that my status didn't change to "preparing for shipment" or "shipping to store" (as Apple.com suggested) I was getting ready to call Apple, but I just checked and my iPhone X is ready for pickup for tomorrow A.M. I can't wait!!

I placed a hold on mine and nothing changed with my puck up date. Sadly I won't be able to get it until about 2pm due to work. The only way it would change I think is if you wanted your phone delivered to a UPS Store.

Because it’s fun. I literally watched my phone fly across the Pacific Ocean, and then again cross the United States. Some of us enjoy watching the journey, and feeling the satisfaction when we picked the right plane! I always track but this is the first I’ve done to this level. I enjoy looking over while working and tracking the progress of the plane. I have zero doubt it will be here tomorrow.

Just got my order ready for pick up at the nearby Apple store.

Worst part about it is that I was ordering early enough to get the 8AM option....but had to select 4-430 because work. Horrible

I think this would be much more fun if UPS dropped the phone with tiny parachute out of the planes as they passed overhead. Then it would really be exciting when you read the words, "Deployed at 8:03 am, Nov 3rd - Your backyard"

I agree with you! Some people just don't understand the bond. Look it how people connect by just tracking an iPhone. I've been here for about 3 years now, and I love it!
