No departure for me still. I live just an hour away from Louisville in Lexington. I attempted to have my phone sent to the CC here for pickup tomorrow but haven’t gotten any confirmation about it. Anyone having a similar issue here?

I'm having the same issue. I changed mine on Sunday to hold for delivery at the local CC, but it hasn't been acknowledged like it usually has in the past when it says "Exception - Hold for Pick-Up" However, it does say "Delivery Change Requested - Hold for Pick-Up" so I figure once it gets to the local CC that when it is scanned, it'll update and won't be loaded up on to the trucks. I think something similar to this happened last year to me. When I click on "Change Delivery" now it won't even let me do it.

I ordered an iPhone X SG 256 GB Verizon. Got confirm email at 12:26 am pacific time. Delivery estimate was Nov 17-24 and hasn’t changed. Have others with this estimate seen any improvement?

When you requested it did the date 11/6 pop up on the screen by any chance? It did for me but it says under tracking deliver by end of the day on 11/3

Me too, I am getting anxious I had both my T-Mobile and Apple order held for pickup at the local hub but the the only thing it says is pickup package at a ups facility whereas other packages such as my screen protector coming in ups held for pickup had a line item added to the scanning for delivery change. I hope they hold it.

Can you go to your local Hub at anytime? mine says its only open from 7-8pm

My CC's pick up hours are 4-7pm, but I was told I could pick it up anytime after 8:30am. Just call and ask.

Some lucky guy in the UK saw his order out for delivery and called to have it held and the customer service person didn’t notice the hold on it and passed it out to him early. Lucky dude.

I used apples upgrade program. Email received a 3:06 am and 3:08 am for the wife. Both arrived here in Newark New Jersey @ 3:59pm. Stoked!!!
