I'm having the same issue. I changed mine on Sunday to hold for delivery at the local CC, but it hasn't been acknowledged like it usually has in the past when it says "Exception - Hold for Pick-Up" However, it does say "Delivery Change Requested - Hold for Pick-Up" so I figure once it gets to the local CC that when it is scanned, it'll update and won't be loaded up on to the trucks. I think something similar to this happened last year to me. When I click on "Change Delivery" now it won't even let me do it.
Just got off the phone with a rep, same situation. It should process when it’s hits the local hub. Yes this is a little different than how it normally goes so I had to follow up for reassurance. I usually get a confirmation way before now about holds. 12 hours to go!
