Had to call UPS cause my local CC wouldn’t show up on the app. Had to argue with the rep for ten minutes with him telling me if I wanted to pick up the package they needed to deliver it to a UPS store.
I always pick up my Apple products from the same CC most recently my series 3 Apple Watch so I wasn’t having that. 2 customer service agents and 20 minutes later. My phones should be ready for pick up at 10am
Or it might be “lost” for arguing with the reps.
