My packages left Nashville, TN and ended up in Montgomery, AL. This is surprising because I'm located southwest of Atlanta, near the AL-GA border. It hasn't departed to head my way either, but they are a hour behind us. Has anyone else seen activity similar to this?

Minneapolis folks: I don't believe my phone was on that flight from Thursday afternoon even though I had a departure scan from Louisville around the same time. My guess is they're trucking them up here and should be arriving in the Twin Cities within a couple hours.

I just hope the customer center in MPLS will keep it there instead of throwing it immediately onto a truck like last year because I have to leave town at 3pm, and UPS doesn't hit my neighborhood until 4 or later typically...

Anyway, happy iPhone X day everybody!

You’re not alone. I have a Hold for pickup tomorrow at the Pacific, WA CC. Mine also surprisingly joined yours in going the wrong way to Redmond. Perhaps they are doing master sorting in Redmond then sending out to the local CCs tonight.... hopefully!

I actually called ups and the lady said it’s the truck route that go to Redmond first before heading back down south—which is just strange since it’s been there for over 3 hours now. She said it should be ready at the hub in my area tomorrow. So fingers crossed.

That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard. Boeing Field is right next to the CC. Why send packages north and then south?

I know. That’s what I told her. But she’s adamant that it will be at the cc I chose that usually process all my packages tomorrow morning for pick up.

Edited: and there’s still no departure scan yet from Redmond...

There's no departure here from San Diego to my city either. I don't think you're alone. I scheduled pickup at my CC as well.

Mine never received another arrival scan after leaving Boeing Field. You’re one step ahead of me.

Going to sleep so I can get up early for pickup!

Took almost 12 hours to go from Louisville to New Orleans, but it is almost here. Now hopefully I don’t miss the UPS guy at work tomorrow.

Mine left Louisville yesterday afternoon and still no arrival scan anywhere. I’m in NJ. Anyone in the NYC area have a similar result?

Anyone who selected pickup, did it change on your tracking meaning does it say the destination is then CC/store?

Nope not yet. I would expect a change in the next hour or so.

UPDATE: Arrival scan just happened. Final update should be confirmation of request to hold for pick up.

anyone with : Newark, NJ, United States 02/11/2017 21:29 Departure Scan ?
I live 15 mins from Newark ,how does it make sense that it almost 7 hours with departure scan?

My Orlando order still hasnt changed from its Departure Scan in Orlando 8 hours ago. What in the world? Where’d it go? It’s supposed to stay at the Orlando CC...

Mine arrived in Orlando at 5:00pm yesterday and I didn't see any change or movement until it departed at 5:01am this morning. I'm pretty sure it's going to the hub closer to me like it's done the past few years. Lots of anxiety
