Yes - I had a departure scan from Louisville at 4:45am the day of my delivery. As you can see - things happened very quickly once in Louisville.

I hope that’s the same for me, I don’t even have a departure scan out of Louisville yet. Hopefully it did depart but didn’t update yet. I don’t know at this point.. will be a miracle if it will make it here today. My tracking shows “by end of day” but also shows an estimated time window as well. Don’t know which one to go by.
Yes. Their system is often very slow in updating the arrival/departure scan info. I didn’t see all of the info in that screen shot I posted until a little before noon on the 15th (my delivery day). If the UPS MyChoice app says Dec 1.. it’s coming today, bro. It’s always been right. Not saying that later today the app couldn’t slip to 12/4.. but you’re looking good if it’s 12/1 and the app says -12/1. Good luck!

Looks like I was right with my post last night. It pays to be patient. Ironically my phone left KY yesterday at 6 pm and hasn’t been scanned since. Says delivery today and I am in VA, which touchs Kentucky. Waiting for a scan that it is out for delivery or made it to the local office.
Update: Literally right after posting this mine updated to the local office. The phone should be delivered today as it’s only 20 minutes away from me right now and it’s 7:30 AM

Yeah, I don’t know how UPS will pull this off, especially since mine doesn’t show it left Louisville yet.. but new destiny said his tracking took awhile to update so let’s hope
Yep. The app is real slow in updating. But just calculate logical flight and drive times from the last item on your tracking and you’ll see it’s very possible. UPS has this down to a science. If you look in the FlightAware app you’ll see scores of flights leaving Louisville every couple of hours from 4am to 8am.
Damn, lucky. So far mine hasn’t moved from import scan yet. When did yours leave KY/

Looks like it only takes an hour and a half or so to get from KY to the main hub in my state, then it also has to go to the local hub too.
As I mentioned - you likely won’t see those scans until closer to noon. All that matters is the delivery date and delivery hours window reported in app.
Anyone else get this??

I have a delivery date for today, and it was scanned in the next town over (~10-20 minutes from me) but no delivery hours window. Thoughts? Is my "By end of day" comment the hour window?
You running the UPS My Choice app? And hours estimate always shows in there.. not in the scan section at bottom but in main window. At least it always does for me.
I was just using their website. I will go ahead and download the app and see if it is different.
This is one of several messages UPS sends to cover their azzes because of high package volume. Apple ordered UPS to assure delivery today of a certain group of phones ordered in a certain window. But you can’t change the laws of physics. Not even Apple. Things can still get delayed.

I had a delivery window time estimate in both the app and their website from the moment my status changed to shipped - 12 days before my phone arrived. Strange that you don’t have one.

I saw that after posting the screenshot, I signed up for it and ironically simultaneously got an update that it has loaded onto the delivery vehicle!
