Wife just let me know that mine was left at the front door, no signing required. Luckily she's home and was able to grab it and bring it inside. Now I have to wait until I get home tonight to set it up!

I’m in Oakland CA which is the hub of San Francisco Bay Area but my phone is now at Commerce City CO. I’m so worried because 2 other packages for me are already “Out For Delivery” by UPS now I wonder if they will deliver a second time in same day.

Still no update on the delivery date since it arrived at Windsor Locks. So I think I’m done for today. That late plane just didn’t let it get here for today. But hoping for a Saturday delivery, now if it would just head to my local UPS I might have a chance at Saturday
Wow. I just got off the phone with UPS.
Condescending agent asked me what time it is. And then asked me it if was after 10am.
I told her I didn't understand why she was asking me this. She said that because if it doesn't end up at a local facility by 10am, it's highly unlikely that it would make it to me that day.
She also tried to tell me that it just cleared customs, which I don't believe since their tracking info says it cleared yesterday.
I told her I don't know these things, that I don't work for them.
She then just told me she didn't know what to tell me.
I'm flabbergasted.

Just hard reboot and try activation again. Worked for me instantly second time.
haha. they're people too. She's probably had tons of calls about this stuff. You have every reason to be upset though.
I mean, sure, she's a person too. But it doesn't mean that she should be handling customer service if she can't just tell me when to expect the package. Asking me what time it is in a condescending, rhetorical exercise that left me with no information doesn't strike me as excusable, and I'm a pretty understanding guy.
Really? Wow. I had to sign and the UPS driver said “sure glad you were home because we have to get signature for all Apple deliveries now.” Maybe my area has more theft! lol
But since you got it, isn’t it the most sickest piece of tech ever?!?!?!?! I’ve had mine for 3 weeks now and I’m in love with it every time I’m using it.
And something funny to do - try to use your old phone again. You’ll constantly try to use the iPhone 10 gestures on it. Lol.
Same issue when using my wife 'old' iPhone 8. If feels odd to use the home button and touch id.

I sounded hostile? If that's how it read that was not my intention. I was certainly frustrated when I wrote it, but I was actually very nice to her, even laughing that I didn't understand the tracking results. I literally said, "I don't understand the tracking information - it says it's scheduled to be delivered today but it appears to not be out for delivery."
She then proceeded to take a condescending tone with me, which is why I was so surprised.
Patiently waiting for delivery.... doo dee doo dee doo. So scare of falling asleep and/or not hearing the knocks on the door when the UPS person arrives.
Man I hate when I apply the screen protector poorly. It's slightly off center but I guess I can live with it. Case and screen protector are applied. Now to set it up!
