The plane left KY a while ago and is in Chicago now, and has been for about an hour.
Yeah I wish it was more of the shiny gold like the sides.
I just received that too and was given a time frame without saying tentative. My curiosity is running wild right now!!

UPS My Choice on my Mac now offers "Change Delivery- Request" that offers my UPS CC as an option for a Friday pickup. As has been mentioned before, select only UPS CC if you are doing this to get it earlier. Other UPS locations have to wait for their delivery same as you'd be waiting at home/work. If the timing is poor, you might not be able to get it at one of those locations before Monday.
I have the same 10/18 11:57 PM Arrived at Facility in ZZ as many here, but mine still shows ZZ on my iPhone UPS.app. Past experience says it'll still arrive on Friday, though I'm still seeing a Wednesday delivery in UPS.app. I'll wait to change to UPS CC until it's too late to be delivered before Friday, though I'm 99.99% certain they will deliver no iPhones until Friday.

I'm in Nashua NH - no cool pics to post but there isn't a lot to see here - I came here for the low(er) housing prices and no income or sales tax.
All day my Pro shipment said Information unavailable for delivery date, but it's now changed to tomorrow and the date isn't tentative anymore!
Cautiously optimistic I'll get it tomorrow...

it's been awhile since I ordered an iPhone on launch day.
I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro White 128GB about 40 minutes into preorders opening.
It says my iPhone will arrive Oct 28 - Oct 30 and still in Processing.
From past experiences, does anyone know if this date will get pushed up or should I truly believe it will be delivered on
these dates?

If you do the UPS Store, it can. But if you do request a hold for pick up at the UPC CC, it normally does not add a day or two to pick it up. Of all the pre-orders, I've always requested a hold for pick up at the UPS CC and I was able to pick it up on the day of. I already requested a hold for pick up at UPS CC for my 12 Pro so I'll be picking it up on the 23rd.
Mine still has the Oct 21 date and says “tentative”; I’m guessing it will change to Oct 23, once it has the arrival scan of wherever it went. I’m in the batch that departed Alaska last night.
If any of the past years are any indication, the phones are moving through the system and someone somewhere is jamming details into database from a spreadsheet becasue the phones are palletized. That means that you can trust whatever entries are there but there will often be out-of-order entries or suddenly the phone will say it is in KY and several days worth of history will appear at once. Two years ago my phone was delivered and it said it was still in China. Then like a day later it had all of the entry/depart scans dated after it was delivered. Anyone appearing stuck in China should relax. A very small percentage of phones scheduled for launch day don’t make it.
My Pro says it is coming tomorrow. That’s interesting. In past years UPS has held them at the local sort facility but UPS is also being hammered these days so who knows they may be unable to deliver them all in one day. One year I did receive my iPhone (maybe it was the iPhone 5?) a day early so it can happen.

We see this every year.... People getting notifications of delivery Wednesday, Thursday. It WILL NOT HAPPEN. Apple has a system in place to hold those shipments until Friday. Carriers get a fine for early release.
Even though I'm sure no phones will be delivered until Friday, I find it odd that mine is still showing tentative/information unavailable
Part of the 11:57 crew here. Hoping that maybe they just spot scan a few in the batch and once it gets through customs it pushes out the updates to all in that batch? A guy can hope mine is not still in ZZ but in the US now.
Still preparing with a delivery date of 10/23.
They say it can, but mine doesn't. it's the big Hub around here so it literally goes from one side of the street to the other where the CC is. I have the regular guys who have picked up there phones there every year for about 4 years i run into when they open.
Those dates are usually pretty good, but are conservative. You have a reasonable chance you'll get it before the window a little, or early in the window. Apple tries to underpromise but overdeliver.
Same! I'm going to holdout until later today, early tomorrow, before switching to UPS CC.
The same happened for me last year. Wednesday, I’m all excited until 9pm comes and goes and still no iPhone. Thursday, I’m thinking... the UPS driver must have been swamped with deliveries, I’ll definitely get it today - NOPE! Friday, I’m off work and I’m waiting and waiting, constantly checking my UPS My Choice app and YES, the driver is on my block! Run to the door in anticipation of him coming on my porch to ring the bell only to see the driver walking past my house with box in hand as if he is delivering to a different address. Ran outside and asked if the delivery was for me and he looks at the box and says “Oh, yeah it is!”
I really do not like UPS and wish that Apple would go back to using FedEx.
