I know, right? They’re so condescending. We’ve been here year after too, we know how Apple works a launch, we qualify our hope with “it’s not likely, but...”, but they still gotta ride in on that high horse and poop on it just so they can say “I told you so” 😂

FYI everyone they released IOS 14.1 today!
This is probably one of the only few bright spots this year.
The Navy Blue and Red case with the Pacific Blue are nice looking. I’ve never had a Apple Silicon case but this year I plan to buy 2 to match the Pacific Blue 12 Pro Max I’ll be preordering next month.
The silicone has been my favorite cases for years. Looking forward to using it with the new design this year.

Maybe Apple is tracking this thread and found out... Told UPS not to scan into the systems. Maybe that’s why there’s a delay in scanning 👀
Mine still says tomorrow, and I have my afternoon delivery window back. Haha!
(Of course, in about half an hour, I'll be updating this with, "dang, now says delivery on Friday".)

I think it is more likely because it wasn't a UPS plane, more manual scanning, and potentially a different, more lengthy customs process.

No arrival scan coming from Anchorage yet, however, just got an email from UPS stating it will be here tomorrow. I am sure that will change, but hey maybe not!
So as a joke I went to the customer service center at our local UPS hub here in Lubbock, I asked them to settle a bet for me whether I was going to get my phone on the 21st or the 23rd, even though the my choice app shows departing Anchorage yesterday, the representative went ahead and put my tracking number in the system and that shows that it is in Louisville at this time under a “agricultural hold“ and expect delivery Friday. 🧐. It was slow and I was only one in there.
I asked the guy And he said that they likely miss coded the scan in. He also said he’s been doing his job for 10 years and though it’s possible somebody could get one early he has never seen it. I should have asked him what time the plane came in this morning but I forgot. 🙁

same situation as you all...Apple still says that I will recieve on Friday...ordered 3 minutes after went live last Friday.
You think they wouldn't send those direct notifications before actually having the final delivery date, that's just frustrating.
I hope you all get your packages tomorrow (I’m doing store pickup so I have no chance). The “behavior” of the tracking does seem to be somehow different this year. History is not on your side but some people believe in Santa. Good luck, friends. 🍻
From my tracking last week for AW6....arrived in Louisville 10/10...Import Scan was 3 days later.

My new power brick and Cyprus green pro case just arrived. It just feels like I’m being taunted having $70 of accessories with nothing to use them on! It’s like being all dressed up with nowhere to go!

Exec: "Where did that plane go? Our teleportation ray was just about to obtain our new phones! We had the Samsung logo stickers ready to put on for release! Did Apple finally figure out our plans to copy them without actually copying?"

Mole man: "We've done it. We have enough phones for the entire mole man army, and we didn't even have to wait for launch day. Everyone, charge them up... Tomorrow we take the surface!"
