Not true. Stuff delivered on Friday will be shipped out of Louisville very early Friday (potentiallly very late Thursday if you are an east coaster).

I definitely relate to this. I completed my order around 10 minutes after 5:00 am and now mine is 10/30-11/2.
Keep in mind that Worldport is busiest during the late PM/early AM hours. Flights arrive from different cities around midnight (or later) and items get turned around to their destinations to depart Worldport as late as 5 am day of delivery for east coast destinations (a bit earlier for west coast).
Wow, I completed mine 10 minutes after 5:00 am too!. Mine is scheduled for this Friday supposedly. Had trouble loading site for first 7 minutes.

I have had my phone sit in Korea until THE DAY BEFORE LAUNCH, and still received it on time. Don’t live off of the scans, they are not always accurate or on time.

Ha, true. I wouldn't be so curious but I received about 5 packages from Apple this week. Wasn't sure if it was a customs issue or if it was lost since the scan didn't update. Seeing this as common on this thread makes it obvious it is normal.
