Now I’m curious what the hold up was.

Arrived at 11:57PM 10/18 and departed 10:34am 10/22? Seems odd.

Nope, that one departed earlier today (5:07 am local).
CAO1007 flew the same route previously, and the scans were off. But it was pretty much the only plane that could have carried phones. Is the Kalitta flight continuing on to Louisville? If not, then it almost certainly is not the right plane.

They are both 747-400 planes. Why wouldn’t Kalitta be able to carry phones?

Don't know if it's continuing to Louisville yet. No flight plan has been filed yet, but that will probably change once it arrives in ANC.

Which is more likely, that UPS chartered planes from one company or two? Which is more likely to be carrying UPS cargo, one that continues to Louisville, or one that doesn't? If they are having to enter scans manually because they are charters, those times can be way off from when the planes take off/land.

Is it possible that we are on CAO1007 and they just had a delayed bulk scan? Seems like the most logical flight since it continues onto Louisville. I guess we’ll see.

So, I was able to track down last year iPhone Pro Max shipment information. It should look similar like this. So, you guys are right, I expect to to get an import scan by 11:00AM PST.

Last year when I was picking up my iPhone, I was able to capture this internal shot what UPS uses for scanning shipment information 👀

Yah last year, did people that preordered see scans Thursday or Friday? I'm curious

I pre ordered back in 2018 and 2019 (I’m in the iPhone upgrade program) In 2019 I got the import scan to Louisville around 8AM Thursday morning and it left Louisville around 6 PM Thursday night and got to my house at around 3PM on Friday, I’m on east coast. Import scan for 2018 actually happened later for me around 11PMon Thursday but still arrived on time friday.

Wow... the internal scans are quite detailed, down to the addresses of warehouses in certain cases.
