Still waiting on my import scan. I’m part of the 8:34 batch as well.

Order changed to shipped in the Apple Store app, but no email and no updated scans from UPS. I’m expecting to see it tonight. UPS flight usually lands around 6am here.
Just looked at my invoice, mine is a september build. Week 39. So I saw one that was made in August. So It seems like Apple has been producing this since August. So I don't think there will be any issues with the 12 pro max and the mini. I would suspect that there will be plenty.

Well at least my Apple store app status changed to shipped, that’s a start! Phone was part of that 8:34 pm departing Anchorage batch on Monday evening.
I went to an AT&T corporate store yesterday and they told me I would not need a new sim, because the sim-free comes activated on the eSim. I don't believe that though. I am planning on getting a new sim anyway. Did you have to pay for it? If I get the new sim now, do I need to activate it and put it in my XS Max or can I wait until I get my 12 Pro Max?

Mine still says processing, with a November 6-13 delivery date. I don't think my dates will move up anytime soon
Yep half of this morning (from 4 a.m. to 5 at least) I haven’t even been able to access my orders (probably due to all the folks actually getting their phones tomorrow) but my delivery date window is 10/30-11/4. It’s express delivery yet it will take 7-10 days... by my calculation it had better move from processing to preparing to ship after this weekend. Aaaaand start moving by the 26th-27th.
My clear MagSafe case was sent “standard 1 day shipping” which is incredibly confusing. It did arrive a day early. Praying but not holding my breath same happens with my phone.
Note: I never knew people could get scans and whatnot before this year - this is exciting! Also, really stressful. I’m over here rooting for everyone’s release date shipping! 😂
Also received my import scan. Expecting it to take the overnight flight to Boston before coming in tomorrow afternoon some time.
I know what you’re talking about sometimes I get the old view, sometimes the new view. No idea why. Try it on your desktop computer if you have one.

Finally shipped from Anchorage Alaska, but it took five days on the ground in China airport to get to Alaska. Guess I didn’t grease the Chinese government well enough, but at least it will be here tomorrow.

Yeah I'm considering the same thing. Do you know how long you have to return once the return is actually initiated? Also trying to figure out how/if I could swap the 12P with the 12PM on the upgrade program
The serial number? It's in your invoice apple.com, when you check your order status. I generally know how to decode the serial without relying on those website. the one I have is DNPDG. So D is the year 2020 (2nd quarter), G is the week number.
