I don’t believe it either. For one thing you probably didn’t provide Apple att account info
I was at an AT&T store and they looked up my account and that is what he said when I spoke to him. I did not ask Apple abut this.

Is there ever a time where you changed the UPS location instead of Home and they pushed back your delivery date?

Finally got my import scan at KY. Next Stop is TX.

Looks like they're still working through the pallets that departed CGO at 5:50 am 10/20.

Next up is probably the 5:07 am 10/22 departures.

I know next week it will get quiet in here. It should pick back up the day before election and quite down on Election Day and then all hell will break lose leading up to the Pro Max/mini preorder day. I hope I receive a launch day device. Tomorrow I’m putting in a day of leave for Election Day, preorder day and delivery day. If I can’t pick a 2 hour window then I’m going to have it held at the hub and get there 30 minutes early to pick it up at 8am.

How do you track which flight your specific phone would be on? Is there a specific number you can enter into the system on Flight Aware?
A lot of it is hypothesis, but you can look at possible options using the from/to search on FlightAware: https://flightaware.com/live/findflight/

At this point, look for UPS flights only, from SDF to your local airport UPS hub destination. However, if you're close enough to SDF, keep in mind that UPS may opt to use ground transportation and get it to your regional ground hub instead.

Import scan complete! Will have to wait and see but for those in the NY Area, typical routes for past years has been SDF-PHL and then PHL-JFK if you can believe that. All of which happened overnight the night before delivery.

Ok stupid question, but since I’m getting the iPad air and iPhone tomorrow, will it be delivered at the same time or no? I only ask as I had two deliveries with fedex one time and they ended up on two different trucks. One item came first, the other one an hour or two later.
It probably depends where you live. My building gets 4 UPS, 3 FedEx, and 2 USPS deliveries a day. If not on the same order, I don’t think Apple bundles separate orders into a delivery like Amazon does.

I didn't see too many reports of people being on the 5:07 am (10/22) flight from CGO... but for those that were, any import scans for those?

The ones on the 10:34 am (10/22) flight from CGO are still in transit to SDF... current ETA 2:20 pm EDT.
