My AT&T iPhone has always worked in Europe when we travel there a couple of times a year, but this was before 5G.Q: I remember the CDMA/GSM days.. figure some nerd in here will know, saving me some research time!?

I still haven't heard of any confirmation whether that extra ram contributes at all to general use, or if it's dedicated to the improved camera stuff like 60fps Dolby Vision recording.

If you’re using a device older than an iPhone XS then you’ll notice a difference even on the 12. The XS was the first iPhone with 4GB of RAM, so upgrading from any phone older than an XS will be a noticeable improvement.
