Woo import scan at long last!

Is it possible at all for UPS to send my phone to the wrong Hub? I know that my main hub is the one in Springfield Gardens in NY, but I just got a scan for the Maspeth, NY hub. I'm worried this might delay my delivery tomorrow

Sorry if it’s been posted before. Does anyone know if there are separate lines at apple stores for day of releases? I have a pickup scheduled for 9am tomorrow and I didn’t want to go into it blind.

In pre-Covid times, there was a separate line for in-store pickup orders. Currently, I don’t think my local Apple Store (in NYC) is allowing people to walk-in without an appointment for regular products. I read on Macrumors that they might do reservations for people who do go try to wait in line tomorrow on launch day.

Is Springfield Gardens the facility that normally handles delivery for you? I wouldn’t worry yet, but having been in NYC in the past, I recall Maspeth being a local station and not a distribution center like Secaucus, NJ.

All of us 12:24am last scan in anchorage will have an update 4-5 hours, that’s when all the planes from Anchorage land in Louisville.

We are on the same plane!

Nothing on Flightaware matches up with this scan, though.
You gotta take into consideration that the scan happened probably 10 mins before the plane actually took off. I noticed also that it said it was 10 minutes early on departure and even landed 15 minutes early in ONT.

Yes, Springfield Gardens has always been where my packages come from.

I used to work near Maspeth and my boss used to send me to the Maspeth UPS to pick up packages for him.

you're right it's still early and they can still send it over to Springfield gardens. If I don't see out for delivery tomorrow, I might just call UPS and see if I can pick my phone up from Maspeth.

Why would anyone use websites like Decluttr to sell their phones when they can sell them privately for a lot more? For example, I just sold my iPhone 11 Pro 256GB on FaceBook Marketplace for $750. It sold in less than 24 hours after I placed the ad. Decluttr says $491 for the same phone. That's a major rip off......
For me, less hassle. I used to sell all my phones privately but the few dollars I get less from third party sites now is worth not having to figure out meeting up or sending and there are fraud schemes that would come and go every year. In my area, the going rate for my phone on Ebay, FB Marketplace, Craigslist, etc was around $40 more than what Im getting from Decluttr. 'I've actually just done the IUP trade in the past few years but the extra $150 from Decluttr this year was worth it for me to send to them and just pay off the balance with Apple.
