Now its time for live tracking of my UPS package

For those with later delivery dates, it seems Apple released a ton of new inventory for in-store pickup. I just ordered a PB 128 GB for pickup tomorrow. I’ll be returning the phone being sent to me (it’s in some type of purgatory, no idea when it’s actually coming).

***LUCKY*** !!! I haven’t had to stress about all this tracking thing from China, Alaska, Kentucky if it got a scan or what not. Just went on line at 8:05am selected my iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Silver and Bam 💥 they had it in stock for pick-up today at 11am at my local store. I went in 8 minutes later no more stock. So I consider myself lucky today.

Same as few others this morning. At 1:00 am had a 10/23 date and everything moving along smooth. This morning at 8 noticed it was delayed to Monday, 8/26, due to a late trailer. It arrived in Des Moines, IA (final destination) this morning at 3:53 AM, but still has a 10/26 date. Guessing I am out of luck.

Apple store locally has it in stock - next available time: tomorrow.

Should I cancel the Apple order and pickup in store ??

I did this with my series 6 watch I didn't want to wait the extra few days and apple made it pretty easy to return the one when ups dropped it off.

Shouldn't be any consequences. I cancelled my Apple Card monthly payment pickup yesterday. They said they would be refunding me. Go for it!

Oddly enough, the Follow My Delivery map on the UPS app is actually working today. Mine is on the truck. My UPS guy is here within a few minutes of the same time every single, so I expect to have it by lunchtime.

I have a Nov 3 - Nov 6 ship date and my order just changed to Preparing to Ship!!! Finally get to join all the excitement I've been following here!!

Unfortunately, the UPS driver in my area doesn’t reach my neighborhood until 4:00-6:00PM.

So hopefully work makes the day go by fast.

Battery test of all the phones. I'm moving from an 11 Pro Max to a 12 Pro and the battery life takes a near 20% hit. That's concerning for me.

I watched that... good thing for me I never got the 11 (pro or otherwise). I have the X and my wife the Xr, so the battery life should be awesome for me on my new 12 Pro.
