Moved from Loaded on Delivery Vehicle to Out for Delivery...only took 2 hours. Anyone know if the iOS 14.2 beta is out for the iPhone 12 yet? Was thinking about downgrading to 14.1 while I wait.

Not yet, nothing for beta 4 on the dev portal.

Also, I only have a "by 9:00 pm" time frame for my delivery today. I am pretty far from Denver proper, though.

So my iPhone 12 Pro White has finally been shipped and current status is Origin scanned at ZhengZhou, China.
UPS and Apple says it will be delivered date is on Oct 30th.
With past experiences, do you guys think it might be delivered earlier next week?

My store is about 5 minutes away and opens at 8 (10 minutes from now). Going to head on over! Hopefully the non appointment window isn’t too crazy since I’m picking up earlier than my window

So for the one here they’re having people wait outside in a holding area and being grabbed by employees per appt slot.

Lol, what is going on with this UPS trailer headed to the Philly area? First it was unexpected delay, now it's emergency situation/severe weather? I am afraid to refresh the tracking because I think the next update is going to be the trailer has been destroyed by spontaneous battery ignition...

I just ordered an iPhone for store pickup later today. The option wasn't available when I checked earlier but it's working now. I'll return the shipped iPhone if and when UPS figures out how to drive through fog.

UPS is pretty good about delivery packages to the same address together. I have never had 2 PS trucks come to the house in one day. This is not Amazon, where I have had 3 different trucks deliver to my house in the same time at different times. One time they actually met in the driveway.

I would think the earlier package has a special commitment and they would just move the phone up to that time.

I can only hope. When I follow the delivery both seem to be the same truck so my fingers are very firmly crossed!!

If you’re in the group still waiting for a phone, I was just looking in the app and many configurations are available for store pick up beginning tomorrow (I’m assuming they blocked today due to preorder traffic). Obviously just one data point and maybe my store has more inventory than others but if you want a phone this weekend you may still have a good chance doing store pickup when you order through the app or online!

Damn. And now that my phone is preparing to ship I'm unable to cancel. That and my verizon number is already associated with my phone order. I could buy it in full but I want the Verizon payment plan not to own the phone outright. SIGH. iPhone preorders are always so complicated for me.

Hmmm... while the Apple Store app still says my iPhone 12 (and iPad Air) are to be delivered today (they even sent a text), the UPS tracking now says Monday... I tend to trust the UPS tracking info more since a few weeks ago I had ordered an iMac for my mother and Apple updated the status to delivered when UPS had in fact returned it to sender...

I don't need to lol. I took the Bar Exam 2 weeks ago. Half of the bar exam is Federal Law (MBE). One may never use deadly force to defend property. You may use deadly force to protect your home if someone breaks in, but thats it (castle doctrine).

Whole subject very off topic for thread though. And if people are basing their pleas on information picked up in t thread about iPhone preorders i pity them.
