Better than Parcel, better than Deliveries... it’s the fastest right now.

How is it better, besides allegedly being faster? I looked at the app on the store and the Deliveries app offers the same functions.

For those who have a tracking number, did the apple.com web site shows shipped? I have an issue I cannot create a new account with UPS. Looks like a long time ago I created one with a work email and last name and address is already associated with an old account. Therefore I cannot create one to try to track it.

Apple won’t show shipped until it passes customs, if I am not mistaken.

To the folks concerned about not getting updates or tracking numbers yet. I have also been anxiously watching everyone else’s joy upon obtaining their tracking numbers. I looked up my 12 pro I ordered a couple of weeks ago within a couple of minutes of availability to see when my tracking info got updated on ups. It didn’t show up until around 4 a.m. central standard time on the following Monday. I still received my phone on the 23rd (12 pro launch date). There were also folks that were updated later than me and still received their phone on release day. Relax, have a beer or 12 and if you were lucky enough to get a PS5 or Xbox preorder, go and track that.....lol. Friday should be a fun early Christmas for me. These presents are basically my equivalent of a red rider BB gun. At least my eye is safer with these.🤣

It is 11/08/2020 at 5:39AM - Las Vegas, Nevada. Folks, I see we got a “departure scan”, on our way to the airport. Most likely a plane is ready to take off later tonight... heading to the states.

I’m glad most of us made it and traveling well together. Hanging in there...

When I ordered my 12, it didn’t show shipped until it got to Louisville.

It’s not allegedly, it’s the true. I took my time during a whole month tracking packages with more than 12 apps and no app were faster than this app. Most of them requires the Background App Refresh in order to work, while this no.

You will receive the updates (at least in the Pro version), -5mins after the tracking has been updated.

There are some other functions (which I don't remember in details), but I think the most important is the speed and there is 0 doubt about that. Right now, in 2020, there is no tracking app
faster than that. You can check yourself.

Interesting... I was trying since Saturday to track by reference on UPS with my phone number and nothing... so...

For those who are in Puerto Rico, like me, don’t put Puerto Rico on the "Destination", just put United States and the zip code and it will appear. 🥰

An update that here in Puerto Rico we can’t create an UPS My Choice account (Puerto Rico it’s not an option to select.)

But just do the "tracking by reference" with destination "United States" and the zip code and you will see something

What a crock, we now have to pay $5.99 to pick up our phones directly from a UPS location. Aren’t we saving them work and fuel costs by picking them up ourselves?😡🤮👎

First time ordering through Apple with in-store pick-up. My phone order still shows as processing and my Apple Account balance has not been charged.

The leather case I ordered has been debited from my Apple balance and shows ready for pick-up.

Any guess when Apple will debit my balance for the phone?

I can find my info via track reference but it won’t give me my tracking # and UPS My Choice isn’t showing my package.. hmm.
It says “In Transit” tho

Same here. Looks like UPS changed the policy on tracking by reference. If it’s like my 12 Pro order, it’s not going to show up in My Choice.

One thing that I noticed this year on the reference number is that my phone number now shows the '1' in front (e.g., 18005551212). But keep checking the My Choice... it will show up soon.

Mine is still showing “Preparing for Shipping” on Apple.

The website says that it "IS changing..." ... but for me, it still works the same. I didn't see a date or time when this was changing.
