I think you could just pay the two remaining installments if you wanted to upgrade right away. I sometimes have to do that with AT&T NEXT.
Maybe, but it’s nice to get out of the house. It’s a tradition for me to pick them up when the CC opens.
That freaking too! Just supreme tightness at the highest level! And it’s getting worse and worse!
I think they have been churning out phones for 2 or 3 months and built up a good inventory. Ever since the iPhone X, getting a phone on launch day --delivered or in-store -- has been much easier. Last year I got mine in-store on launch day and didn't even make my reservation until well after mid-day. Gone are the days I think where if you don't get your order completed in the first 5 minutes after the pre-order goes live you have to wait 3 weeks or a month for your phone.
Looks like no action for me today. Still no movement. The story of the single man.
Well, I really appreciate the attention of a guy on UPS and his patience. My first language is Spanish, I'm bad speaking in English, but he took his time to try to understand me and with my phone number and zip code, he gave me my full tracking number!

I know others may think otherwise, but in my experience UPS customer service has been some of the best and reliability has been second to none.
Yes. I can say the same. At least on USPS, no one took their time to try to understand me, just asked me always to call to the Spanish number. Great and awesome attention on UPS.
They were sure proud they didn’t raise prices though... oh and it’s better for environment lol

They are trying to keep pricing under control. There were several component upgrades this year for all the phones and the hardware/licensing would have driven the price up. You pay for everything in that box, including the sticker, and even the box. At least they did a solid on the 20W by pricing it $10 less than the 18W to ease the pain a bit of buying it. It's always a balancing act on pricing for them. Those new OLED screens and 5G components on all the 12's probably forced their hand. Either the $699 iPhone 11 becomes the $849-900 iPhone 12 or you make some compromises to keep that price jump to $100 and not $200.

Just phone UPS. You can do this over the phone. It's interesting when I go to the page, it says that I'll still get mine on the 13th even if I did choose the UPS Store.
