Oh wow. You should make a payment to bring down your balance ASAP!

I have more than enough credit available on my card. That’s why I placed the in-store pick-up order. Even if both charge at the same time, I would be okay for the time period of needing to do a return for one.

Is this for in-store pick-up? I'm in the same situation. But I only see the steps being Order Placed, then Processing, and then Ready for Pick-Up. Is there another step on the line after Processing for in-store pick-ups?

Edit: Sorry, just noticed you have two orders! I did just notice that I got charged for my in-store pick-up though!

If I use the UPS website first while logged in and I search by reference and find it but with the hidden tracking. When I later go back to the app it shows up in my recently looked at tracked items and shows the full tracking number

I saw that the "order number" was missing the last digit on the "UPS Reference" list (there were about 5 reference numbers, one of which was my mobile number -- That was odd since my order is for a 12 Pro Max Carrier Free (no-sim)).

Try removing the last digit of your order # and track by reference. Also try your phone number (that is in your apple account).

Do you have your address listed in the “Addresses” section of your profile? This is separate from your my choice address. My my choice address isn’t updated yet but my current address is in the “addresses” portion, and I set it as my “primary address”, and it appeared on Sunday.

If all that checks out, perhaps UPS is lagging a bit. Just keep checking back. A lot of people got theirs to pop up Saturday, as I said mine wasn’t until Sunday.

I would do the payment, but the clients are taking their time to send the checks, hehe.

Lucky you, I'd do exactly the same.

I think that orders that are for bigger cities are taking longer to process because the time between shipping and delivery is short. I'm in NYC, so the trip is from China to Alaska, then I don't remember the city and then NYC, so is very quick.

because bulk international shipment only some appear track number may be populate in kentucky

Minis on the move! That’s the same route that the 13” MBPs took earlier this year. Hopefully the Minis don’t sit in Osaka for 2 days like the MBP. We were nail biting. I will say, once they left Osaka, they were to Anchorage and then to Louisville in a Day’s worth of travel - still mind blown by that. Curious to see how the Minis travel!

Mine left Osaka around 2 hours ago, so we definitely won’t have them sitting there that long. Anchorage here I come!

No additional step for in-store pick-up.

I originally ordered for Delivery. My order confirmed roughly at 7:15AM Friday. However since that, I’ve remained Processing. My credit card has not been charged, no movement to Preparing to Ship. Obviously no UPS tracking since that would come later.

Being the person who likes all bases covered, I found up the same SIM-free configuration available for Friday pickup at 10AM at one of my local Apple stores and placed the order.

First time Apple iPhone order here, so new to this flow.

I am a UPS MyChoice member, too - and I wasn't able to change my 12Pro delivery to a hold at CC until maybe Tuesday before the Friday Launch delivery date. Even then, it didn't reflect in UPS's system until Thursday, after they had left KY for the end distribution areas. I called UPS, they had my two requests in they system from when I had submitted them - it just doesn't update until after Customs. It didn't really confirm the hold until late Thursday or early Friday morning, that day I was picking up. There were even more updates reflected AFTER my 12P delivered. Patience...

It won't be. Shipper hold by apple
If you want that to change you need to contact Apple's shipping department. Which their shipment department sucks

Apple request since they're the shipper. They don't want their devices to be sent out until an attempt is made by the carrier to deliver the device.

The devices (if coming from Apple) will be held until the morning of the 13th. A carrier needs to make an attempt (and fail) before the recipient can request a hold

I checked UPS MyChoice just to see if there was a fluke, but my card hasn’t been charged yet. So that’s more telling to me. I’m still in the cue of Processing the payment at this moment. Since the general consensus is to wait still, that’s what I’m going to do.

No I meant sooner than 10 days time as the person referenced. 10 days from my order date would put me past receiving on the 13th.

Yes as others replied this is the Pro Max crowd. This second facility (from the article on iphone distribution/delivery/logistics in China— (even it dated was for iPhone 7) showed that this second facility at time was across street and a mega Chinese customs facility that distributed iphones for sale in China vs those coming to rest of world. Things get approved then go 2 miles to airport I suspect that will happen tomorrow or late tonight and we will see movement then to Anchorage and Louisville over the Wednesday-Thursday time frame that is always the case.

Try and change from a desktop website. Mobile app doesn't show CC for some reason
 
Ok, thank you everyone for sharing your experience! Makes me feel better! Hopefully, I’ll join the flight with all the other Pro Max party people soon enough. I’ll join in on the launch day celebrations with a new iPhone either way!! 💃🏾🥳

Past couple times I've been to Chicago after unloading my stuff I head straight to Portillo's and get a dog and italian beef. Chicago breakfast.
