Sometimes the phones are moving even though the tracking says other wise. Scans are forgotten. For example my scan included currently says arrive in zz. Later tonight the next scan could say arrived in Alaska followed by a scan saying departed zz. They scan the missed departure scan when they do the arrival scan. Basically the scans aren’t always accurate, or even made. I’m quite intrigued that people think their going from zz to Alaska. All my preorders have started in zz then went to incheon then to Alaska. Maybe something changed.

As for the pick up at ups cc...as far as the app goes at least try when it’s in the states or even in Kentucky. I picked my 11pm up last year from the cc but the option didn’t show for me until the phone was in Kentucky.
It's weird how for some that option would show after it's in KY. Mine always showed available to request UPS CC right after the label is created.

GEODIS in Tennessee has now printed three different FedEx labels for my MagSafe case. One on Friday, Saturday, and yesterday...

Went through a similar experience with my MagSafe Charger and 20W brick. Thank goodness they are not responsible for my iPhone 12 Pro Max

If you use FlightStats website, you can see EVERY flight leaving CGO in 6 hour increments if you want.

They have direct flights to Chicago....can someone just put my phone on that flight? :p
I wish. Ours will come by truck to the local hubs.

In the past most of mine have gone somewhere else like Incheon first, then over to AK.
I think people are basing this on what happened with the 12 Pro. It went straight from ZhengZhou to Anchorage. There is no way of knowing if that is what is going to happen, or if they will go to Incheon first, unless you work for UPS. They could be using charter flights like they did with the 12/Pro. Only thing to do is wait and see.

will have friday:)

I'm wondering if there is enough of them for UPS to use their own jet? Wouldn't show up on normal flight software until it is actually scheduled in.
UPS has their own fleet, with many regular routes between the manufacturing centers in Asia and the US (as well as the rest of the world). No need to use other carriers in this instance.

They did with the 12 and 12 Pro and if I remember correctly the Apple Watch 6/SE. Under normal circumstances this is true, but for Apple releases coming from China they are using charter flights.

Absolutely no doubt that everyone who has a 13th delivery date will get their phones on that day, barring some sort of earth shattering event occurring between now and then. ;)
Hmmm...I don't think there are any guarantees. I had a 10/23 delivery date when I ordered the iPad Air last month, didn't ship until 10/24 and I didn't get it in my hands until 10/30.

My iPhone order is still processing...but still time to get it on Friday and most likely I will. It's not guaranteed though, not by a long shot.

It’s not available for me, either. I called UPS international, and the rep said to wait until the package is in the US and check back. She said the CC may show up as an option then. We’ll see.
My first language is not English, so I’m a little lost... What does "CC" means?

OMG! OMG!

I finally got an alert from the UberX driver! My ride to the airport is on its way! I’m ready!!!

I called the international number, 800-782-7892. it asks for certain info, then it asks if you are domestic. The IVR then gets you there, it gives you the option to hold at CC, even confirms the address of the CC. You will then not see the hold for CC til it leaves Kentucky, but in the meantime you get this:

it says pickup at a UPS facility, and for me, it’s the actual CC that I get pick up at every year
