Do you need to call them each time? I do this quite often with my Apple products and am just wondering if I should get UPS My Choice Premium and if I need to call them every single time.

I don't know if UPS My Choice Premium will show you the CC option as i don't have it. I believe they are restricting it due to Covid-19 policies at their centers, I assume it's temporary.

Was charged overnight on my Apple CC for my 512 PB Max that I requested to pick up in store on Friday. Still no UPS info found via My Choice. That probably won’t show up until Thursday sometime. 😎

My choice does give me the option to have it held at a locker on UPS property. Only problem is that it could be end of day before the package is loaded in the locker.

Are you checking UPS My Choice or the Apple Store App for status? Apple Store App won't say anything till probably Thursday.

On my UPS My Choice I went ahead and did a shipment release and was able to tell the driver where to leave it at. Hope it works but the Wife will be home in case he knocks.

Agree, I have a flight on the 13th evening and want the phone with me before then. UPS Customer care was helpful to hold it at the CC so i can pick it up first thing in the morning.

I’d be really surprised if a non-UPS flight is the one our phones go on. I can’t think of a time that my many orders didn’t come on a UPS or FedEx flight out of China. The final leg to my house is usually a charter.

Those tracking by reference number how are you getting the full tracking number? It’s only giving me the last 4 due to ‘improved security’

Based on the tracking i had from last 4 iPhones, I'm quite certain the 9:20 crew will be on UPS 173 to Incheon.
Flight manifest currently doesn't show up, but it is expected to leave 430PM CST every weekday. So watch out for a departure scan tonight.

The iphone 12 pros went straight from zhengzou to alaska. I have no doubt the pro max will do the same.
