I highly doubt it. We don't even have departure scan. We're still stuck in China. Look at the movement for iPhone mini. They got all the scans being shown. They're not behind scans.

My mini arrived in Alaska at 12:00pm.
I think we'll have a departure scan later in the night, i.e. Tuesday 430PM China time.

It says "SCHEDULED" should be departing shortly... final touches ya know.

It hasn't departed yet. I think it's still sitting at a terminal. Trying to get ready for a long trip to US. should find out in 30 mins or so.
Scheduled to depart 7 minutes early. It doesn't say it's actually departed yet, but I'm not sure how much of a delay there is in the real time info. I know in MSFS, the flight aware data can be 10-20 minutes behind.

Hey upon entering my phone number into the reference bar I see that there is a delivery on 11/13 but no details available other than that. How to get the details? Any help would be appreciated!
Give a call to UPS International, they will ask you for your address and reference number, then you can confirm, and then they will release the full number.

The minis will head to Kentucky tomorrow where they will sit until late Wednesday or Thursday morning.
I was going to their website (UPS.com) and getting the same as you. It's not until I downloaded their app and signed into My Choice that I got the whole tracking number.
