Still waiting for a DEPARTURE SCAN 9:20 crew. It looks like we are next and there’s a bunch of us.

I was feeling like a sad sad member of the 9:20 Gang, left behind and dejected, when my 8:03am departure scan finally showed up, hours later than everyone else’s! I’m back with my Gang!

For me the option for UPS CC pick up was available right after label was created and my iPhone 12 Pro was still in China at the time and I requested a UPS CC pick up even before it departed Zhengzhou.

Was that in the app or by phone? I do not see it available, and I chose not to call their busy call center until Thursday evening if the app has failed to that point. :😁:

In recent years UPS CC eventually shows up in the app. It is not in my 15 closest UPS Store type locations but it will show up soon, hopefully.

Both of my orders had the 9:20 arrival scan. One has the 8:03 departure scan and the other doesn’t.
