Yeah so I ended up calling UPS Customer Service and they mentioned that I will need to call each time. UPS My Choice allows you to deliver to a Access Point but not a CC right now. That's why we don't see it. They said they submitted a request to try and change it but I don't see anything. They gave me the address of my CC so it seemed legitimate. I will try calling again to see if they can change it. They didn't mention anything about charging me any fee as well.

I have been on both sides with the shipments and made the first one this time. Louisville is last flight leg, after that the trip of several hours to Louisville and eastern Illinois is by truck so nothing to track til it shows up nearby. Usually in Danville Illinois then it goes by my home to hub in Decatur and then 40 miles back to the local UPS in my home. It seems weird after Danville it goes by and to Decatur Illinois but that is the logistics of the trucks from Louisville to my area LOL

Could you imagine if USPS delivered these phones. "Nov 13th? Hmmmm.....yeah....maybe?" "Sorry it's in-transit to the destination sorting center, please try again"

It’s landing in Louisville as I write it was a bit early so seems to be circling from the planned landing route but soon it will be down (second photo)

how did you do the pick up at ups cc? in my choice i no longer have option of my local ups cc? i did before .

I just tried this, we'll see if it works. I work across the street from our local UPS Hub/CC and it's really convenient to walk there to pick up expensive packages, rather than have them sitting on my doorstep. Hopefully they can do it over email as well.

This was 12 Pro, I think with the new UPS update, they got rid of the UPS CC option. I don't have that either for the 12 Pro Max. Only way you can request a UPS CC pick up is call UPS or e-mail them or DM them or twitter.

Arrived in the US! Called UPS to request to hold at the local CC Friday. No problem doing that but again like above, no confirmation in the tracking

So as several have mentioned it appears the 9:20 batch is big and has been broken up with two smaller batches 4 hours apart and others still in ZhengZhou, I could be wrong but the break up at Hong Kong of two batches of 9:20’s makes me agree with you even as I hope we are wrong and they will just populate I am sure they will get there just in different batches. Isn’t this fun? LOL I have been in both kinds of groups before, it is frustrating to see your phone be in a later batch. But none of us sees them til 11/13 anyway LOL

This is when I kind of hate tracking, this forum (no offense to anyone). I'll see movement of phones and mine - and others are in this same frozen status - and I think "well what is the deal!!?."

It IS however only Tuesday, so again...I'm not in a total panic...yet.
