Pardon my question, but do people need to worry if they have already received a Friday 13th as a Delivery Date? I mean... This has happened before? Someone with Release Day Delivery Date and it doesn't arrive because of UPS plane or something?
Those last night went to Hong Kong first before going to AK and I've never had them go direct from ZZ. I don't know if they truck them or fly them out but a lot of time it goes to Hong Kong and then sometimes to Korea first.
During the XS release, one of my phone ended up delivered on following Monday due to “exception” while other 2 delivered on launch day. It is always possible for any “uncontrolled” reason, which is why there is always on their fine prints for the “scheduled delivery date”.
No ma'am. No one gets left behind here. Call into UPS International 800-782-7892 and get your complete tracking number. Ask nicely and have them look you up by the reference number that got you to the blocked out number - its either you phone number or the order number minus the last digit.

The anxiety is real. You and I have the same phone ordered and are both stuck at the 9:20 arrival but we both know it will get here on Friday because we’re both here every year.
I remember one year my phone left China on Wednesday and it still made it here though it was really close. The only times I’ve had delivery problems is when I tried to get it held at the CC two years ago and UPS screwed up my request, and ironically when I was working at Apple and the mail department couldn’t find my desk.
Only a few more days. Got to stay busy.

So Apple charged both my iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB in Silver and iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB in Pacific Blue Sunday afternoon November 8 and has not ship either today Tuesday November 10.
They still have arriving on Friday November 13 before the Apple site went "apple" for the Mac ARM event.

Same - I've ALWAYS been the one left behind while everyone else in the thread was celebrating...although it always arrived on time. I did have a few years where I arranged to pick up in store, and didn't get to participate in the tracking madness at all. I'm shocked and pleased to finally be in the first batch this year!
My daughter ordered the same 12 pro max, blue, that the rest of the family ordered, but she's in colorado. Hers left ANC at 12:24am this morning, and she's excited. Our other ones are still 9:20 in ZZ
